The hot springs were amazing! The room itself was pretty nice but nothing special. The real amazing part was the carbonated hot springs, which were so relaxing and just a cool experience. We had such an great time and staff were very helpful.
Clean
The communication was very hard even with google translate. The restaurant closes very early ended up buying food from the convenience store.
Very hard to get if you don't have your own car.
No explanation regarding the etiquette on how to use the hot springs spa facility. It is a separate entitity and hotel gives you access.
the spa and location makes this hotel worth it! Spa was excellent, so big and luxurious, and the location is beautiful
the room was not particularly clean, the lighting was horrible, the facilities and room were very dated
The healrhand wellbeing services (sauna, hot spring, gym etc)
No vefetarian options ib their menu
Location was excellent for those into hiking. Staff tried their best with English language and were pleasant.
The rooms are quite dated and while spacious my room was rather empty seeming.
As many other reviewers point out, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are quite basic. That being said, everything was clean and you can tell this used to be a resort hotel. The surroundings are really fantastic - with direct access to the shortest trail up to the mountain peak. Beware that the hike is ~1300 m of elevation and can take 7 or so hours. It will take a toll on your legs. Going back the hotel, the absolute best thing we took the most advantage of were the baths. The spa facility was really wonderful with different baths and hot springs to choose from. Well worth it for a nature stay with some exercise and some quality relaxing.
Not much to be honest!
The mineral baths were fun. Split for men and women, everyone naked, many different baths to choose from and an outside bath.
Bedroom views were amazing, comfy beds and room was nice and warm.
Breakfast was fine - big variation but quite expensive.
Very dated decor.

The breakfast is amazing. They have market inside in the hotel and it is walkable to entrance to National park and great family owned restaurants around the hotel.
Located in the beautiful Osaek. The hot springs are part of the hotel’s complex.
The staff doesn’t speak English and doesn’t assist at all. They say “not possible” on every question (like how to get to the cable car or to other spots, where there are convenient buses, or cabs. The CU store personnel are much more useful).
The rooms are basic, no water pressure in the shower (we took shower in the spa).
