Ottima sistemazione per chi si adatta alla semplicità
Pros:

Se sei una persona semplice, bella vista fa per te!
La nostra king deluxe era essenziale, ma dotata del necessario per dormire serenamente. L’isola è così bella che passare del tempo in camera diventa proprio inutile. Se non ti interessano gli standard di pulizia occidentali da 10 e lode, il posto è perfetto. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, la distanza dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di Pattaya è minima e la colazione è variegata (italiani non lamentatevi della poca scelta di dolce, è un’ottima occasione per provare cose nuove e internazionali).

La struttura mette a disposizione asciugamani da spiaggia, bottigliette d’acqua fresca e sdraio sulla spiaggia.

Cons:

Ad essere fiscali, le sdraio dovrebbero essere un po’ sistemate. La qualità è un po’ scarsa e si staccano i pezzi. Forse farei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle lenzuola e opterei per una maggiore illuminazione della stanza da letto.

Pros:

The customer service at Bella Vista was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They even contacted us via WhatsApp to arrange beach pickup with a signboard and luggage trolley, which was a nice touch.

Our beachfront villa was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the beautiful birthday decorations. The beach was lovely and peaceful, with no boats nearby. Breakfast was also very good.
We truly enjoyed our stay.

Quattro giorni a Koh Lipe
Pros:

La posizione sulla spiaggia che incredibilmente non ha mai barche ormeggiate. Ci hanno fatto upgrade dandoci la camera king che in realtà è un bellissimo bungalows a due passi dal mare. Colazione varia e abbondante dolce e salata. Yogurt, frutta, muesli top! La cortesia ed il sorriso di tutto lo staff.

La zona de la playa es la mejor, es muy tranquilo, y tiene variedad en el desayuno. Hay opción de alquiler de gafas y tubo de snorkel.

Cons:

Salvo la persona que nos asistió por whatsapp, que en todo momento fue muy servicial, el personal de recepción era poco colaborador. Aunque sí nos ayudaron con un late check out 1h más, había poca asistencia para recomendarnos tours u opciones de actividades que no fueran a través de ellos.

Struttura essenziale sulla spiaggia di Pattaya. Collocata perfettamente con tutti i servizi a portata di mano, camere semplici ma con tutto il necessario .
Il personale super efficiente e gentili. Pronti ad ogni richiesta.
Colazione buona, per gli italiani un po poche cose dolci ma ci siamo comunque adeguati e trovati benissimo . Ottimo il centro massaggi subito davanti alla struttura

Se devo trovare una pecca il Wi-Fi funziona pochissimo. Abbiamo usato quasi sempre il nostro Internet

Die Lage ist das einzige positive an dem Hotel. Die Deluxezimmer sind dermaßen alt und heruntergekommen. Die Platten vom Fußboden stehen ab und sind scharfkantig, Verletzungsgefahr! Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und auch sonst war alles sehr schmutzig und alt. Die Liegestühle sind sehr alt und fallen auseinander . Es sind nur 7 Sonnenschirme vorhanden, was viel zu wenig ist für die Größe der Anlage. Eine Stunde vor Frühstücksende war vieles schon leer. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie erwartet man besseres. Das Personal war nett

Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach (and away from the fleet of long tail boats)

Close to walking street and other beaches

Staff are very friendly and helpful

Great air con , hot water and fresh beach towels every day.

Cons:

Property and surrounding area falling into disrepair - more than half the beach umbrellas don’t work and so there is a rush at 07:00 for the 6 that work. Lots of minor issues in room - tap is so loose we daren’t touch it, toilet smelt, laminate around bed was peeling off, skirting board split and just placed against wall and just falls off when door shuts, hole in bathroom tiles that we could not work out,

Sunbeds are the worst I have experienced in 60 years on the planet, hard plastic, falling apart, sun damaged and no mattresses.

Breakfast was limited, sometimes very limited! Didn’t bother us though.

Une chouette adresse !
Pros:

Situés sur la plus belle plage turquoise de l'île, au calme, les bungalows ont tout le confort nécessaire.
Accueil attentionné, buffet de petit dej, possibilité d'organiser des virées snorkeling et de réserver le speedboat pour repartir, nous étions bien bien, nous avons prolongé d'un jour

Les transats sont un peu collés les uns aux autres...
