No sound isolation
The staff was very accomodating
A/c was locked on 22 and it was far too hot. Didn't sleep all night. Everything else was fine. At 5am I managed to figure out how to unlock it (Youtube) and set it to the right temperature. Had to get up at 6.30am though so was pointless.
