Loved we were greeted by the cat with no name. Check in was quick and went out of her way to look up availables places to eat as it was off season and much is closed. Two steps from the Basillica.Most comfortable sleep of our trip.Grateful with our broken french they spoke english instead.

Wat een leuk hotel! De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen onverwachts een upgrade van de kamer, die werkelijk prachtig was. Mooie oude panelen, gecombineerd met modern luxe comfort.

Es war alles super, wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, wenn man mehr Platz braucht, gibt es auch grössere Zimmer. Das alte Haus ist sehr toll, gutes Frühstück und alles war top sauber. Sehr freundliche und sympathische GastgeberInnen.

Pros:

Cette maison ancienne a deux pas de la basilique (littéralement) a un charme fou. Notre chambre au deuxième offrait une vue sur le fameux monument et avait tout le confort moderne. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extrême, aux petits soins, hyper serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux. Un excellent choix !

Prachtig, sfeervol hotel op mooie plek in Vezelay. We boekten een grote kamer met hemelbed. Bij ontvangst op de kamer stond fruit en water klaar. We zouden er zo weer verblijven.

Paar aandachtspuntjes: Bij aankomst met de auto parkeer je bij de kathedraal, dat scheelt een flinke klim. Bij verblijf van meer dan 1 nacht boek je een weekkaart bij de parkeerautomaat, dat is voordeliger. Bij het ontbijt krijg je naast het ontbijtbuffet, per persoon maar 1 croissant, Dat vonden we wat karig gezien de prijs die je betaalt voor het ontbijt.
