La habitacion no estaba mal era comoda y amplia.

Cons:

El frigobaar estaba vacio si necesitabas un agua habia que pedirla en recepcion y bajar a buscarla, asi fuera la madrugada. No tienen servicio de habitacion ni para pedir un cafe.Las almohadas muy incomodas para nuestro gusto, El desayuno lo cobran aparte y realmente deja mucho que desear, poca variedad en general y para mi que debo consumir alimentos sin gluten casi nada. Ademas de pagar el desayuno tuvimos que pagar el cafe expreso aparte. Realmente para la categoria que pretenden tener tendrian que mejorar muchas cosas. No lo recomiendo.

Habitación muy cómoda, con elementos para cocinar , preparar un café. Baño y vestidor excelente.Buen desayuno atencion del personal muy cordial.

Cons:

El sistema de apertura de puertas con QR es bastante engorroso, para ir a las habitaciones hay que salir al exterior e ingresar al sector de ascensores.

The location was good.

Cons:

Staff barely spoke English, overcomplicated moving within premises (need a QR code for every door).

The pool didn't work and they informed us a day before arrival (June 4th) that the pool had been closed since May 26. We booked the place because of the pool. The gym was very poorly equipped.
