Perfect stay for a special occasion.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin and can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received, especially from Alex. From check-in to check-out, he was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and Alex truly made it feel special. Upon arrival, he arranged for chilled champagne to be waiting in our room, and throughout the weekend he took the time to clearly explain all the extra touches included in our package.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The view overlooking the trees was peaceful. Our room was very quiet. We had dinner both nights at Sorriso Modern Italian Kitchen, and the food was absolutely fabulous. Hands down the best on-site hotel restaurant food we’ve experienced.

I also want to highlight the hotel gym. It was top tier and clearly not an afterthought. It had great space, excellent equipment, headphones, cold towels, and water. Everything you’d want. Since it was January and quite cold, we didn’t get to use the pool.

The location is another big plus. Being right on the waterway made it easy to walk to nearby attractions or take a very short drive to additional activities.

Overall, Alex’s outstanding customer service was a key reason our anniversary trip was so memorable. We left feeling cared for and celebrated. We we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Overall, perfect I love the Marriott and the Westin. They are top-notch in my book.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was very caring and supportive of handicap and handy capable people. The staff made you feel like you were home.

Cons:

Was supposed to get breakfast, and the breakfast was not given and the one they offered wasn’t worthy

Beware of the Hidden Resort Fee
Pros:

Beware of the $25 resort fee. This is not a resort. Had I known that this place was an extra $25 a night, I would have stayed at another hotel. The fee is buried in the fine print. There is nothing "resort-like" about this place. It's surrounded by parking garages and next to a manmade ditch. There's a club attached to it so it is noisy. You do not get anything for the resort fee so it is basically a money grab.
