The location.
I was a little irritated that I had to pay $38 for a "Resort Fee" Wth? I don't think that I should have been charged that since I didn't check in until 12:30am and checked out at 11:00am. The original price of $61 for the room was a great price but adding $38 for a Resort Fee for amenities that I didn't use. I had just driven 500 miles to go to a funeral at 2:00pm that I had just found out about earlier that day. My stay consisted of checking in, sleeping for 7 hrs and getting ready to go to a funeral. Harrah's Casino's make plenty of money and that just shows greediness on their part. The shower also has mold in the grout and should be cleaned better.
View
Nice place. Room clean and comfortable.
Room a little far from elevator. We are seniors and can't walk too far.
Great
all good
Great
I liked everything
I was hoping for a gift shop was
My only disappointment
They allow white people to walk around in confederate gear totally uncomfortable for customers.
Everything is clean and nice
Friendly staff. New property. Affordable rates
Check in desk and elevators were nowhere near the entrance of the hotel. Not a huge problem but frustrating on arrival.
Additionally, the restaurants at this hotel were over priced. Be prepared to spend a lot of you want to dine on the premises and not eat the “fast food” options.
It is not a resort, but I got charged for a resort fee. And I also get charged for pre-check in.
Too many charges which it doesn’t worth.
