The beds were comfortable. The places we ate had good food at a reasonable price. Lots of options on things to do in the hotel.

Cons:

Check in was very confusing. There were two different places to check in and it would have been nice to make sure we went to the right place. The lady who checked us in was borderline rude to me so I didn’t feel like I could ask questions since I was confused about what we’re supposed to do. We were told we had to drive up the road to get to our rooms in the Cherokee Tower. There was no signage on the building or on road signs to help us get there. We were driving around a long time before we figured it all out. The signs inside the hotel were also confusing and hard to find things. A map would have been very helpful to finding what we needed. It wasn’t until the last night that we found several restaurants that we may have gone to. Instead we ate out of the hotel. I saw several other people looking confused also. For these reasons I would not come back there to stay.
