Very clean and comfortable rooms
The room was very nice, once we figured out which tower we were supposed to be at.
The valet staff and the inability to get a cart for me to unload the car myself.
Sports book, gordon ramsay burgers
Most everything, to spread out, no chairs by outside pool. Indoor pool located on other side of building, to far. No complimentary beverages sodas. SLOTS THE TIGHTEST WORST PAYOUTS, THE WORST. WILL not be back
No car need except to go to tribal town, park, new restaurant. Nature here is beautiful.
Great, fun restaurants on property!
Long confusing walks in casino.
Everything in one location, great sized rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds.
Pool was closed with no notice, pull up lobby area was closed so it was a long walk with all our stuff. Front desk is a call service and I was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. Walked down to ask for a blanket, 45 minutes later I got a sheet instead. Not very many gluten free options at the restaurants.
Handles a crowd well
The vent fan cover in the bathroom is almost clogged with dust
It was just a real let down actually. The pictures on line make the room look a lot nicer than it was. I just expected more from a Harrah's facility. When we got to the 5,the floor, our room number wasn't even listed on the signage. We are both disabled, we were exhausted and we literally had to just walk around and search the floor for our room. Nuts. Our vending machines weren't working. I've yet to get an invoice. I have no idea who charged what. My husband was so frustrated that he just walked off and paid whatever they charged. He had no idea either. We were just really looking forward to a nice little getaway because I've just been placed on hospice care. It was lovely and nice and quiet outside by the water and the fire pit, but I expected more from Harrah's. I was not offered one drink on the casino floor on any of the three days.
