First Time to Harrahs - Truly memorable!!!!
Pros:

I was invited on a bus ride to this beautiful casino and I truly enjoyed myself. The casino was very clean and inviting and it was truly very lively as well. I walked around and watching others playing various games and even very serious people at the black jack tables as well. I decided to just hangout at a slot machine where i did win a few dollars lol but it was a lot of fun. I definitely look forward to another trip

Great concert venue
Pros:

Always have a great time at Harrah's have spent the night once it was great, have been to a bunch of concerts and always great, gamble a little and have a great dinner, never had a bad experience.

Pretty scenery and inside the casino. Food was very good..

Cons:

The pillows were terrible along with the gaming.. pillows are tiny little hard squares and games paid nothing back , bonus rounds were way to hard to get.

Really enjoyed it. Also since that if you have a room, free valet parking.
Pros:

Didnt eat breakfast because travel. Casino and room had everything.

Cons:

I requested room facing street with a city view and expected to be in same building that the casino was down stairs on lower floor.

Just not a great trip
Cons:

Well, it started with not knowing which three valet parking garages to use. Don't use the main valet, or you get charged $20 (which we complained about since we were here a week. It was eventually given back as a food certificate, thanks). Use the hotel valet, one at each end of the property, not the casino. There was a lot of walking and troublesome for the handicap. Nice dog walk by Creek. Beds were great, room clean, but our mountain view was of A/C units surrounding us from other rooms that constantly clicked on and off. The staff at Ruth Chris we're totally rude. Ended up talking my steak to the room. Guy Fieri restaurant was great, along with the food court. Expected more shopping stores. Guess I'm most disappointed with the room location and no mountains 🙃
