It’s was relaxing felt like I was in a cruise
Nothing
Clean quiet and very accommodating.
It was so clean and everyone was so helpful
ATM fees were outrageous
Could not locate indoor pool
Very nice
The room was a little dated and in need of a few improvements. Blow dryer didn’t work, bathroom door very badly placed. Couldn’t close it unless you went in behind it. It was @ little dark in the casino at the tables. Hard for me to see the cards.
It was beautiful clean and personnel was amazing. Rooms was wonderful and beds were comfortable.
Parking was a little tricky for a first timer but it wasn’t bad.
The rooms are large and spacious.
The vending machine did not have drinks on our floor.
Not much
Wouldn't know where to start. First and last time we will ever go.
We booked a King room but when I tried Express Checkin, we were assigned 2 Queen beds. We waited on a long line and talked to a real person. She was great but our 'real' checkin was almost a mile away (a different tower). Huh? So we switched rooms. The room was okay but the AC didn't work. Thermostat read 64 but it was well over 74. NEVER got cool, so we didn't get much sleep at all.
Husband and I went for one night. Room was nice and clean. Won some, lost most of it back to casino but had fun. Went to the new Smokehouse Restaurant for dinner. Both had the pulled pork dinner which was ok but had the hard outside and some fat mixed in which I didn’t care for. I had coleslaw as one of my sides which I told my husband tasted a little funky so only ate a bite or two. Glad I didn’t eat it all because I had apparent food poisoning most of the night. They should really keep a check on these temperature controlled dishes. Worked in a school cafeteria a long time so I know the importance of keeping these mayo based dishes at the right temp. Will never eat there again!! Be careful what you order if you eat there!
I’m always prepared to stay a few days when I come, not only I enjoy the casino and great rooms but the atmosphere and mountains are always a win!!
Scenic. Clean.
Nothing really. It was huge and I am 77 so it was a lot of walking.
Everything was on computer so I didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I felt the bathroom was a little outdated. It had a jacuzzi tub popular around 1990-2000. At my age I prefer a walk in shower.
