Our stay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Everything. We loved the choices of restaurants and food choices. That was above expectations.

Cons:

We had to wait a long time to check in. Only 2 people working the desk. They were nice, but the line was very long and slow.

Pros:

Size and entertainment was nice. Most staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Had fun in the casino.

Cons:

The inside was not clean or well maintained. Especially the older part of hotel. Just because it is not new, does not mean it can't be clean. The eatery had dingy chairs and dirty floors. Shocked at the lack of maintenance and low standard.

Cons:

not even one check in Kiosk worked. I had to wait 30 min after check in to get my room even though I checked in when I said I would, The valet kiosk did was not working to be able to get my car. The sink in my room was stopped up almost totally.

The casino was awesome 👍

Cons:

The rooms did not meet expectations. My shower curtain wouldn't even cover the shower causing water to be on the floor on the left and right side. Very disappointed.

Misleading room details
Pros:

The bowling alley is family friendly and the elevator was swift.

Cons:

If you book through booking your stay is not connected to the hotel rewards system so you don't generate points. You also do not get the room you book, and once arriving to get the room you booked you have to pay an upcharge. The amenities list a hot tub and pools; however the hot tub is in the spa and only available for additional charges and the pools may be in completely different towers from you.
The different towers are for different tax brackets - SoCo towers is completely different than Cherokee tower. The room in SoCo tower you could peel strips of fuzz off the wall that was stuck together by the smoke build ups on the wall. The Marijuana smell from previous tenants soaked into your clothes and hair.
The "map" they can provide has less details than an aerial Google map and its impossible to navigate it without assistance, especially the first time.
If you have money to throw around then by all means embrace and enjoy; however, if you are planning a trip be aware theyll add whatever upcharges they can into your bill.

The overall dtay was excellent
Pros:

The suite in the Soco Tower was spacious and clean and the King Bed was excellent and comfortable.

Cons:

Nice views along the River.The fireplace outside was nice but not necessary.
