Cons:

Made a spa appointment a week ago and got a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying a tech didn’t show up so I was cut could tester next day but we would not be there than. I saw 15 other people still get their spa treatments so I was just the one that got cut. With no incentive to ever go back

Pros:

Nothing didn't get to experience the hotel

Cons:

I was told once I got there that my reservation was not there and that 109 that i paid through the app was not there. They were charging me 149 for a 1 night stay so in other words I did not stay at the hotel and my birthday was ruined

La habitación tu pagas se supone por algo muy diferente alo que te dan cuando llegas al hotel yo nunca e fumado la señora un poco pedante no me dio diferentes opciones y terminé pagando $360 dólares por 2 noches en habitaciones muy diferente alo que yo había reservado

It was good. But again way to much walking and poor signage easy to get lost.
Cons:

Need to cater more to boomers which are most of your clientele that we saw. Way too much walking. Need better signage need brochure in rooms either map and instructions on casino use for first time visitors. You get discouraged very fast if you don’t understand how everything works
