Mostly fantastic.
Pros:

Cleanest bathroom and toilet of any hotel i have stayed at in Philippines.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't very good. Cold eggs and stale / dry bread and weak coffee.

Accomodating staff. We had to cut our stay short as the facilities were not up to standards and staff were accomodating with our requests.

Cons:

Cleanliness isn’t up to par. Was initially booked in a room where you can hear outside noise (busy street). Internet wasn’t working in this room, have informed front desk but not resolved right away. Maybe took another 2 days upon check in? Was offered a different room but decided on cutting our stay short already. Appreciated the offer of room change though.

Cons:

Toilet was so filthy you can see the toilet bowl wasn’t clean for ages and the shower area was so slippery due to didn’t clean. The price you paid wasn’t worth.

I got disappointed about thr shuttle,what if i didnt ask earlier i will be late with my flight.
Pros:

Nothing AC is hot and the housekeeper not cleaning everyday,u have to call them to clean,and the transformation going to airport not available early in the morning i pay it with my own,but its written free shuttle going airport.

Very reasonable hotel in great location!
Pros:

The hotel is in the city center near a mall, stores, and restaurants. It’s easy access to transportation like tricycle (3-wheels) and taxi that the hotel can call for you. The check-in staff named Bren was very professional and helpful. Bren talked to the manager about modifying my stay. She was there to share the good places to go on New Year’s Eve. Bren also informed us how much is the cost from one point to another in the tricycle. We were able to find a nearby restaurant called “Inasal” with barbecue chicken and unlimited rice for less than $5 with halo-halo dessert and drinks. The buffet was good and it was available from 600 to 930 AM. It’s only 1.8 km from the airport and P179 ($3) if you catch a tricycle. Taxi will charge P300 to the hotel without meter.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel was kind of old, but everything was okay for the reasonable rate I paid. I am still waiting for Booking.Com to send the modified voucher booking to get my refund for one night. I booked it for two nights, but my flight leaves on January 1st, not the 2nd.

I was not satisfied with their accommodation
Pros:

The hotel is accessible to multiple malls and restaurants! Great location for family with elderly and kids

Cons:

The hotel is a total mess, I booked 4 rooms and all the bathrooms stink, one of the four still had an unflushed pee of the previous occupant, the toilet sit smudged with yellow dried pee. The next day the bidet hose was leaking and caused the flooding on the floor. They tried fixing it but ended the same, they told us no towel available when we requested to help dry the floor. So the remaining day and night we had a wet floor they didnt offer another room. So the hotel room was wet too each time we get out of the toilet.

The worst hotel my family ever stayed! Never ever again!

I am sorry, but I absolutely did not enjoy my stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect, it's in the heart of the city and it's accessible to the closest malls!

Cons:

The bathrooms stink, we needed to request and call at the front desk more than three times to have it cleaned! I booked 4 rooms, 1 of the 4's toilet had issue with flush, the bathroom in our room had water leak. I requested to have it fixed, but after an hour the issue was back. They didn't give us extra rags to keep it dry. It was the WORST HOTEL I stayed ever!
