My first room on the 3rd floor twin beds looked out to blank wall, I requested a move which they agreed
TV did not work had been checked by staff but remained unresolved

The location it's good and the receptionist are very friendly.
It's kinda "pause"place, you can't contact the reception from your room it's never advertised.
No room service, the pool it's very dirty and the pool facilities as well.
The towels and sheets are very old, there is a lot of noise around the rooms, you can listen who is open and close the doors.
My room had mold next to the shower.
The good reviews it's because they give you free cute keyrings for that.
I thing Da Nang is very affordable place and you can find better hotels.
For like 2 nights could be nice but just that.
The breakfast as well was not good neither.
This used to be our regular stay in Da Nang while the hotel name was still Helios. Looks like the ownership had changed, and with that the quality of hotel decreased. Hotel is maintained poorly, resulting in numerous faults in room and toilet. Also, the management seems to be done at the lowest cost possible. Overall, not worth all the hassle, I rather pay a bit more to get just the normal level of service. Staff in breakfast room is nice, otherwise not so.
