お風呂が水浸しになってしまった。シャワー室のドアの下に隙間がある。

Nicely situated hotel close to many essentials and big name malls within walking distance. Never had to Grab for the first 2 nights. You are also right next to an authentic Chinese tea house, a hidden-gem not many go to.

Rooms are normal for the price you are paying, don't be fussy and expect too much. However, the toilet sliding door of my room is faulty. My friend's room's was fine.

Staff were all smiles and friendly, no problems checking in or out.

Good hotel.. worth of money

Complimentary parking lots provided were always full. As a result we have to pay extra parking charges and the chargeable parking space was extremely filthy. In addition, the toilet at the restaurant was very dark and in a dire condition.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sauber und bequem, sowie auch das Bad. Der Service war sehr nett, sie haben uns auch kostenlos etwas ausgedruckt und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Für uns war nach einigen Wochen auf Reisen das absolute Highlight der Waschraum. Nicjt nur, dass wir selber unsere Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten, es war völlig umsonst! An der Rezeption haben sie uns sogar Waschmittel gegeben (ebenfalls kostenlos).

Clean, cheap and comfortable.
It was also relatively secure and very close to time square.

Hotel was comfortable with everything you need, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Front of house staff were really nice and helpful. Only downside was the house keeping seemed to forget to make up our room almost every day, however if we told the front desk we wanted it done, they were quick to organise it.

The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety.

Overall it's a place to rest your head at night. It was adequate for the trip. Facilities are basic to say the least.

They did not give a wake up call when requested. They charge a deposit in cash and people in a hurry can forget to ask for it back. They could ask for a credit card number instead. The breakfast was poor. Certain items such as jam and magarine are inedible due to poor quality.

No wardrobe in room. No tea or coffee provided in room. No spoon is left with cups to make tea. Only a kettle and two cups are available for the guests.

Apart from breakfast, No other meals can be bought at the hotel. This means this is a B&B place rather than a fully functioning hotel.

Good location and with clean room.

Located between Shaw Parade and Pudu Plaza. A lot of good and famous Chinese around. This is a new hotel, just more than a year. Everything is new, clean and comfy. The hotel name in Chinese is "City Business Hotel" and it live up to expectation.
Check-in and out was fast and greeted by polite staff.
Room is spacious given the price we paid. It has many amenities including free bottled water, multiple combination wall power outlet, slippers, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, combs and even washing powder can be used at their free to use washing machine. But room does not have safe to put our valuables or laptop. Maybe Breakfast is mandatory included in the room price, so no free coffee and tea in room.
The breakfast spread was good. they provide fired rice. bee hoon or noodle, smashed potato or potato wedges, baked beans, curry chicken, scrambled egg, fried vegetable, watermelon, bread with spread including jam, kaya, margarine, cereal, milk, coffee, tea and orange juice.
House keeping was slow, our room was cleaned only around 3:30pm each day. Guess they have shortage of staff, see only one staff cleaning the entire floor and hotel occupancy was almost full each night.
Although there is a self service laundry room with washing powder provided in our room, do not find clothes clean despite long wash time. The default settings was about 2 hrs and 21 mins. Drying function was even longer at default settings of 3 hrs. Only 2 machines available.

Hotel condition looks good overall. my room was clean and good mood. I liked super king size bed. However there was ants in my room. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, there was no refrigerator. I was kind of shocked.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and my experience was wonderful. For a budget hotel, this hotel has everything. Clean room, comfy bed, strategic location(near the city), good breakfast and nice staffs. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel cleanliness is a plus point! Everything in the room looks new since it's a new hotel that was opened for about 9 months. Location was not bad, a 5-10 minutes walk to berjaya time square!

However, there was no safe and mini fridge in the room. No where to keep my valuables and important documents like passport. And no fridge to keep my drinks chilled. Would be good to have it in the room to cater to the guest's needs.

Perfect ! Only RM3 away from Times Square . RM 6 to Masjid India ! Breakfast is great ! Room is spacious ! 2 mins walk to 24hours mamak shop , very nice food . Overall i enjoyed my stay there ! (;

Nice hotel nice room nice breakfast but lack of parking

Nice free breakfast. Lady on the night desk didn't seem to care too much about customers inconvenience.

Overall very good. Worth the money we paid. Good location as it was about 5 mins walk to Berjaya Times Square. Downside was the limited choice and quality of breakfast and there was no place to hang our clothes in the room we were allocated to.
