청결도 및 인테리어
체크인 시간보다 약 1시간 정도 일찍 도착했는데, 체크인을 하게 해주셨습니다. 각방마다 조식 1인권을 제공받았습니다. 방 3개를 예약했었는데, 한 방에서 아이가 구토를 하였습니다. 침구를 더럽혔는데 그에 대한 배상을 요구하지 않았습니다. 감사를 드립니다!
전반적으로 호텔보다는 모텔의 느낌이 났습니다. 1405호의 경우, 화장실과 샤워부스가 전혀 분리되지 않았고, 바닥구배도 샤워기 배수구쪽으로 경사지지 않아서, 화장실 바닥이 다 물에 젖게 되는 구조였습니다. 1305호는 욕조가 있어서 그런 불편이 없었습니다.
침대가 딱딱해서, 허리가 아팠습니다.

There was not teeth brush and tooth paste at the room. None at list one.

One of the things I didn’t like about the hotel is that the room description clearly stated that it includes air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the AC was turned off because of the cold weather. I also spoke to the front desk, but they said they couldn’t help and didn’t offer any alternative solution
Also, the bed was extremely small
Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. She didn't even take the initiative to check her computer to see if a room was available. That left us with quite the unwelcoming experience. The room was a bit dated and tired looking, and small. The double bed also wasn't that comfortable. The bathroom was good though. The swimming pool was closed throughout our stay. They gave us a single coupon for breakfast which was very strange given there were two of us. The breakfast layout was very strange - there were about 7-8 round tables with 6 chairs each. Food was mainly Korean cuisine but the coffee was good. Unlike the check-in experience, the front desk staff during our check-out were very friendly and polite. They even stored our luggage for us in a secure location after we checked out, and even called us a taxi to the train station. They told us the ride was about 7 minutes and would cost around 7,000 Won, and it was very accurate.

Very kind staff. There was no problem even though I checked in too late. Breakfast was very delicious. Korean food was prepared with Western food. And it was very easy to park.
