清潔でホテル全体が猿をモチーフにしたデザインで統一されていてとても可愛いです。スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。また泊まりたいです。

The hotel has lost its charm, it no longer has a pool, which was a big drawcard.
Staff aren't very friendly.

A really really nice hotel, however it lacks professionalism from the staff, most do not speak any English, so basic questions are tedious. One staff in particular is very unfriendly, never smiles.
As a regular who's been here many times they still ask me for my passport every time! Keep a copy!
The hotel was practically empty, lots of rooms available with lovely views and they put me in a back room with a terrible view, come on, if you want to keep your customers treat them a bit better!

Väldigt trevligt och prisvärt hotell med stor pool och rymliga rum med balkong. Höjdpunkten var maten på restaurangen. Sällan man får så bra autentisk Isaanmat som smakade fantastiskt.

Hotel staff mention about all day free shuttle to the nearby shrine but we come back in next 11.00 AM. they can not provide us because of not available staff to serve.
1 from 2 nights of our stay, the hotel has a wedding ceremony and mini-concert until 6.00 AM. so we cannot sleep the whole night. So noisy !!!

ปกติเวลาไปอุดรก็จะพักที่นี่ ครั้งนี้ก็เป็นครั้งที่ 3 แล้วค่ะ
แต่ครั้งนี้เหมือนคุณภาพจะลดลงนะคะ
1. ไฟไม่พอ ริบหรี่มาก
2. ไม่มีกระจกส่องเต็มตัว
3. ผ้าเช็ดตัวบางวันก็เปลี่ยนให้ บางวันก็ไม่เปลี่ยน
4. ผ้าเช็ดผมบางวันก็จัดมาครบ บางวันก็ไม่จัด
5. การจัดเตียงเสริม วันแรกบอกว่าใส่เข้าไปในห้อง twin ไม่ได้ อีกวันบอกได้
6. ห้องน้ำ มีน้ำขัง การระบายน้ำไม่ดี
ส่วนข้อดีคือ ห้องอาหารเช้าเปิด 6 โมงเช้า สะดวกมากค่ะ
Hôtel propre. Deco sympa. La piscine était en rénovation et nous n avons pas été prévenus. Dommage.
The rooms in the hotel are good, clean, good atmosphere, suitable for relaxing. Friendly staff, good service, close to the city.
Such a tranquil position overlooking the lake. Staff all friendly. Breakfast great. Pool amazing & crystal clear.
Have their own tuk tuk to take you into town times advertised in their welcome pack. Beautiful to walk or exercise on ewuitment around lake.
Room has good sized balcony to relax on & enjoy the fresh air breezes. A deffinate for us to stay in next time. If you don't mind a walk only about 3O mins to Central.

Hotel to far from central,uncomfortable.Dangerous if come back hotel at midnight.Not easy for take vehicle.Many mosquito in the room and no hair dry,no safety box.Nothing at area .Swimming poor very nice.
