That's the best service I've ever got in the hotels. People working in the hotel are friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival we were met with cold lemonade, which was very pleasant after the long trip from Istanbul. Hotel also provides free water, tea, coffee, you can use free laundry and ironing facilities. Suites are small but comfy, with fresh toilet repairement, working TV, Internet and AC. You can get all necessary utensils to the room. Breakfasts were a real pleasure, fresh, tasty, solid, with delicious Turkish coffee and tea. In the beginning of October only Nizam beach was open, it's in 3-5 minutes on foot from the hotel. As sea is not far and surroundings are quiet, you can hear the sound of waves in the room.

Прекрасный отель. Находится в тихом и удивительном месте, вечером прилетают попугаи. Шикарная кровать и чистота номера. Отдельное спасибо гостеприимному Владельцу отеля и персоналу! Всё на высшем уровне! Удобное месторасположение. Одинаково удобно как до центра города (в районе 20 минут пешком, либо 5-7 минут на транспорте) , так и на самую высокую точку острова к православной церкви, с которой открывается шикарный вид на Стамбул и материк. Рекомендую!

Nizam Butik Otel felt cozy, neat, and beautiful. But the main advantage of this hotel is its host, Özgür, for sure. He is a warm, pleasant, and helpful person. He offered me tea and coffee whenever he saw me. Although the hotel didn't have dinner services, he prepared me some food the night that I fell asleep and missed go getting some dinner outside. I can't thank him enough and I had a great stay there.

Özgür bey kendi işinin sahibi birisi. İşini severek yapıyor. Bu da otele yansıyor. Butik bir otel . Odalar büyük değil ama temiz ve konforlu. Odaların içi yeni yapılmış belli.
Vapurdan inince bi 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde.gürültüden patırtıdan uzak. Huzurlu bir yer. Tekrar gitsek kalırız

Хочу поделиться восторженными впечатлениями от нашего пребывания в бутик-отеле «Низам»!
Мы много путешествовали и останавливались в разных отелях, но нигде раньше не сталкивались с такой атмосферой, пронизанной любовью и заботой. Мы были в полном восторге не столько от самого отеля (хотя здесь всё на уровне: номера чистые, современные, хоть и небольшие), сколько от внимания хозяина и персонала. Повторюсь, такого отношения мы не встречали нигде.
Мы долго выбирали отель и читали отзывы. Многие писали о невероятной атмосфере, которую создаёт для гостей Озгюр. И это абсолютная правда!
Теперь о фактах: завтраки просто шикарные — богатые, очень вкусные. Турецкий завтрак «менемен» — лучший из тех, что мы пробовали! Позже мы уехали в Стамбул и всё время вспоминали тот самый менемен из отеля. Вода, чай и кофе доступны для гостей круглосуточно.

Расположение отеля оказалось для нас идеальным: в стороне от основной суеты, но в то же время в пешей доступности от всего. Неспешным шагом до пирса мы доходили минут за 20. Рядом также есть отличные пляжи.

На прощание Озгюр подарил нам сладости, что стало трогательным завершением нашей поездки.

The location is stunning, with easy access to the walk up to the Greek Orphanage and Saint George Monastery. Staff are lovely— we even received a box of Turkish Delight as a parting gift. Breakfast was delicious and generous. You have unlimited water bottles and free use of laundry facilities during your stay. We had room 303, on the upper floor, small but almost all windows so very airy and light. If you are a cat lover (and if you’re not, you might be in trouble in Istanbul), you will love the sweet cats at the property.

Уникален хотел. За втори път го посещаваме, а дъщеря ми е влюбена в това място. Собственикът е уникален човек, толкова топъл и гостоприемен и със сигурност ще повторим догодина!

Unser Aufenthalt im Nizam Butik Otel war ab dem ersten Moment bis zur letzten Minute einzigartig🥰 Der Empfang durch Özgür bey, dem Inhaber, war sehr sehr herzlich 😌 Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, zwischen drei freien Zimmern zu wählen. Jedes einzelne Zimmer ist wunderschön !
Waschmaschinen & Trockner stehen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ein Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Getränken ist auch jederzeit zugänglich. Nach unseren täglichen Erkundungstouren in Büyükada wurden wir am Abend von Özgür bey immer zum Tee oder Kaffee mit kleinen Snacks eingeladen. Wir sassen dann gemütlich mit ihm zusammen und hatten interessante Gespräche.
Das leckere, reichhaltige Frühstück wurde liebevoll serviert, worum sich Özgür bey persönlich gekümmert hat. Wünsche und Vorlieben wurden sofort umgesetzt. Als wir schwimmen gingen, hatte er auch hilfreiche Tipps und gab uns noch dazu seine Klappstühle mit. Als ob all diese Aufmerksamkeiten nicht genug waren, bekamen wir zum Abschied auch noch eine Packung leckerer Süßigkeiten.

The place is amazing, super close to the sea and to a very nice pine forest. Rooms are very well kept and the staff was very kind and readily available for us and always prepared a wonderful breakfast for us.

Everything: the room was clean, everything was new. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect: halfway between city and hiking places with few beaches just around the corner. Family oriented hotel.
But on the scale from 1 to 10, my family give 200 to the owner, who is really trying to make your stay memorable.
