As everyone mentioned, the owner of the property is really hospitable, accommodating and will give it his all to make sure his guests have a great stay. As also mentioned, the included breakfast is extremely generously proportioned and will keep you full until dinner. Although not in the centre of town, it's still very walkable - 15-30 minutes to the hub - and renting a bike or e-bike is easy.

This place is the one you would like to revisit. The owners created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that you enjoy every minute there. Location is great, there are several beaches nearby.

Небольшой семейный отель в зелёной части Бююкады. У нашего номера был общий с соседними номерами балкон с видом на зелень и небольшой фрагмент моря. Большой зонт хорошо защищал балкон от солнца.
В начале проживания хозяева были очень приветливы и старались проявлять заботу: давали рекомендации по пляжам, без нашей просьбы поздно вечером приносили чай с мятой и лимоном, угощали арбузом и другими фруктами. В свободном доступе была охлаждённая питьевая вода, которую можно было брать с собой. Это было действительно полезно и приятно.
Завтраки домашние и в целом неплохие, хотя несколько однообразные. Рядом с отелем находятся несколько платных пляжей. Мы посещали пляж при расположенном неподалёку ресторане Değirmen. В выходной день вход стоил от 1 100 до 1 500 лир с человека в зависимости от выбранного места, в будни — 900 лир с человека.
В отеле также можно попросить хозяйку постирать и высушить одежду. Нам эта возможность очень пригодилась, за что отдельное спасибо. Хозяева в целом отзывчивые.

Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist top, die Lage abseits vom Tourismushotspot ist auch sehr schön. Das Team ist so bemüht und so herzlich, ich werde unbedingt mit meinen Kindern wiederkommen.

Oygush and his entire team are magicians! There are so many glowing reviews, and ours is no exception. There were three of us—parents and our son—and we stayed on the island for 6 full days. The island is beautiful, of course, with plenty of interesting things to see and places to walk around, and it has a rich history. But without such wonderful hosts, we wouldn’t have had nearly as many amazing experiences!
The host’s middle name is literally "No Problem!" Beach towels, lemonade, tea, coffee, fruit, and of course, those absolutely mind-blowing, huge, delicious homemade breakfasts! Just picture it: a fresh-out-of-the-pan omelet with crusty bread, a mountain of plates filled with cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, fruits, homemade jams (orange jam! they actually gave me the recipe and showed me how to make it), honey, delicious homemade pastries, milkshakes, and homemade ayran. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! And this is served to every single guest's table.
The hotel itself is in a quiet spot near three beaches. They are all paid beaches—there are no free ones on the island—and the one furthest to the right is the best. The house is over 200 years old, so the rooms are on the smaller side. We booked two rooms, 301 and 302, which come with balconies and a fantastic bonus: a private terrace between them with a table and chairs, where we drank tea and ate fruit every evening.
An ideal place to relax, and ideal hosts! But Oygush completely bowled us over with a parting gift—now we absolutely have to return to return the favor! We're already figuring out when.

Our stay at this small, cozy hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

The location is elegant and peaceful, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by beautiful walking paths, making it perfect for relaxing strolls by the sea. It offers the ideal balance of tranquility while still being close to everything you need.

If you're looking for a charming, comfortable place with outstanding service and a fantastic location, this hotel is a perfect choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Останавливаемся здесь не первый раз! Очень замечательный владелец Озгюр! Спасибо большое за отношение: как дома! Лучшее место на острове , в котором вас встретят , шикарно накормят и подскажут абсолютно все где находится и как добраться!

Хозяин отеля всей своей душой обожает свое детище и отношение к гостящим соответствующее. Свозил меня за потерянными кроссовками к резорту, хотя вообще не обязан. Угощал лимонадом, дочку сладостями, завернул прощальный подарок, просто ЛЕГЕНДАРНЫЙ мужик. И не забуду упомянуть шикарный персонал (как я понимаю из его близких людей) это Мехтеп Абла, шикарная женщина любящая свое дело, а также парни, работающие в отеле абсолютные душевные молодцы. Пока жив – буду возвращаться сюда, как постоялец и даже просто навестить Озгюр бея и ребят

Det var väldigt familjärt och trevligt. Så fort vi kom till hotellet bjöd de oss på kall lemonad och vatten. Det var välstädat, otrolig personal och ägare, väldigt hjälpsamma. Frukosten var fantastik, likaså deras fisk. De var behjälpliga med allt vi som turister behövde hjälp med. Vi kunde lämna våra dörrar öppna när vi satt på uteplatsen och kände oss ständigt väldigt trygga. Det första hotellet vi alla kände att vi inte ville lämna.

Низам отель - это прекрасный бутик-отель с невероятно добрым и учтивым обслуживанием. Вода, айран, лимонад, чай - были бесплатными во все время проживания в отеле. Идеально чистый и свежий номер, белоснежные простыни и полотенца, свежий ремонт в комнатах. Новый кондиционер, который отлично работает, устойчивый WI-FI. Завтраки были очень щедрыми и вкусными. Это место, в которое хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь.

El recibimiento de Usgur es excelente, nos dieron toallones para la playa, nos acercaron a la playa, la limpieza del lugar es excelente, tiene agua gratis y eso es muy importante ya que en la isla no hay agua potable. Se nota que es un lugar atendido por su dueño. Las sábanas y toallas estaban increíblemente limpias y el desayuno es un 10/10. Sin dudarlo volveremos. El hotel está en una parte de la isla a 10 minutos en bus del centro, los buses pasan cada 3 minutos
