El hotel es muy bueno, exelente ubicacion! Solo que no quede conforme con el personal del primer dia.. muy serio y no muchas explicaciones. El segundo dia ya con otras personas la cosa fua diferente..

La atención del personal fue lo mejor, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación es excelente y la habitación muy cómoda.

La parte de Café y panificados del desayuno no me convenció del todo. La parte de fiambres/quesos, huevos y frutas si excelente.

Ótima localização, mas pela limpeza e qualidade do café da manhã, não voltaria.

A localização é excelente e a cama é confortável!

Cons:

Chegamos e precisamos pedir para trocar de quarto pois havia sujeira na banheira (pelos e cabelos), fomos para um quarto onde a limpeza estava pior, quando ligamos a banheira a água ficou com espuma amarela de sujeira, fora o cheiro das toalhas que estavam desagradáveis. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e no local de café da manhã tinha muita fumaça, que não conseguimos ficar dentro do local, os ovos mexidos estavam com muita água dentro. Esperava mais pelo valor.

Amazing location, the staff always helpful, everything was perfect. The room was quiet, the bed amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast on the friday 8th, was too crowd, not having a place to sit and a clean coffe mug.
