Beach view was stunning parking was reasonable hotel was clean and service was super. bone fire was wonderful

Wonderful view, room was amazing and beautifully presented. No parking on site but expected it from a beach front property.

Very good accommodation at its price point. Perfect position, traditional rooms and very pleasant staff. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Everything was just greay

Where should i start.... checked in was given key on a block of 2by2 timber room on top floor didnt want to use lift as manager (i think he was) had to hold button for lift to come down didnt look very good. We got to are floor finally had to walk around a metal ladder that was leading to roof that anyone could have climbed, then we had to duck under a arch to get in room. Very hard to open the door with a 2by2 block of timber attached to the key, open the door smelt off mould, both arm chairs look old fashion and not been cleaned (white stains) window and door kept banging so thought we would lock the door to see helped.. no that didnt help at all. Didnt even spend 5 minutes in this room as it was disgusting. Asked for a refund didnt get one as hotel manager wasnt available when expedia was trying to contact them...leaving us to go and find alternatives arrangements... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Really good hotel. 24hr reception and check in helped us as we didn't arrive until 9:30pm and the welcome was excellent. Family room was clean and fantastic. Will definitely use again.

4 floor hotel with small corridors. Rooms a fair size, bathroom smaller particularly the shower. No shelves or small basket in shiwer to hold any bathroom accessories. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 1 night. Super friendly staff, great location, excellent twin room with superb views, bathroom a little tired but had a very nice stay.

The West Rocks Townhouse was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a sea view room which was great for my needs. Bed comfortable and a large room with table and side chairs. Bath as well as shower available. I would recommend this hotel

Only stayed one night but it would be great for a beach stay

The four legged Consierge, Floyd was adorable. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is elevator access but it’s best suited for standing. The hallways are too narrow and twisted for a wheelchair and you must be able to walk a few steps to the toilets

The staff were really nice and friendly, very helpful, my friend and l really enjoyed our stay, second time we've been there and will go there again

Great location. Loved the sea view from my room. The welcome from the receptionist was lovely felt welcomed and felt I could ask questions if I needed. Room was functional had everything you'd need for your stay. Shower cubicle was a little small not for those on the larger size. Would stay there again.

Great stay. The view was perfect but had to walk for breakfast ( if there are tables). All in all it suited our purpose

Great location on the Grand Parade with incredible sea views. Short walk to the Eastbourne Pier along the promenade.

We have stayed here several times and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had to change our arrangements and the Reception staff were extremely helpful, understanding and nothing was too much trouble.
We were upgraded to a side sea view - the room was large with a lovely view of the sea and had a new powerful shower.
We would recommend and will be staying here again.

The room was freezing cold and the heater was barely working - closed to zero
