Beautiful rooms

Our room was big, clean and newly renovated. It had everything we needed.

Pros:

I enjoyed the clean and upscale accommodations. The pool was clean and at the right temperature. The restaurant was clean and food was comparable priced. The view and closeness to the beach was perfect.

Cons:

I found the staff at checkout to be less then informative to information such as deadlines to ask for more towels and coffee. Thought it was a norm to get these daily without asking for them. Even after asking over the phone we still had to go down to front desk to get them.

Nice but I did find the accommodation to be very costly.
Pros:

The restaurant Emily’s provided excellent service and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Plus they gave a military discount. The room was a good size with a great view and my husband loved the double size shower.

Cons:

The hall carpets from reception to the elevators needed replacing or a thoroughly deep cleaning as they looked dingy and dirty but the upper halls and room were clean. As my booking was made through Booking.Com I was unable to get the military discount plus on the last morning of the stay there was a live bug (cockroach) in the bathroom. This I reported to reception and was told to email a photo to the office. She gave me the impression it was a normal thing to happen.

Beautiful place. Nice, quiet area. The stay was great. Beds were amazing!!! Room was great. Food at Emily’s was also great!

Clean Room and Caring Staff!
Pros:

Rooms were remodeled a few years back. Very clean, open and smell good. Front desk was very friendly, helpful and attentaive. Pool area is clean and kept up. Towels were always ready for use. Parking a plenty.

Cons:

Not much wrong or not right this time. Pay-per view is $25 for a show. Regular TV had nothing on.

Pros:

What a fun place to stay! Its located on the beach, which is wonderful! You can enjoy the casino, the spa, and a few different food options. There's live music on Friday and Saturday nights, you'll not be bored! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend staying for a few nights so that you can enjoy everything!

Cons:

On the downside, there aren't fans in the restrooms (at least there wasnt the two times I've stayed).

Noise from laundry
Pros:

The facility is clean and large spaces. The breakfast was good and the view of sand dunes towards the ocean was nice. I heard that kids and other customers loved the pool.

Cons:

My booking said I would have a wetland view. I did not. For the price having a parking lot view was not so good. There is 1 room upstairs that is very loud sounds like rushing water . That room is not a good room. The hotel staff did move me one roo. Away from the noise downstairs from the laundry and swim pool after I talked to the manager. I was not pleased when the desk clerk told me that the noise would stop at 10pm.
