Cudowna lokaluzacja
Pros:

Czytałam opinie o hotelu i są różne zarzuty. Jeżeli szukamy Europy w Azji to trzeba się zdecydować na sieciowki typu Hilton czy Radisson. Moim zdaniem lokalizacja jest genialna, widok z okna na ocean, plaża żółwi, rafa , fale do surfowania, wszystko jest 50m od hotelu. Pływanie z żółwiami o 6 rano , snoreking i ogrom ryb to rekompensuje niedociągnięcia hotelu. Można narzekac na czystość szyb i śniadania , albo podziwiać widoki, przyrodę i spędzać genialnie czas. O wszystko można poprosić i dogadać z personelem .

Cons:

Natrętni kierowcy tuk tuk , którzy byli bardzo namolni i na plaży oferowali swoje usługi każdego dnia . Dodatkowo stosowali taktykę, że nie maja wydać reszty. Proponuję ich omijać i kilkaset metrów od hotelu wziąć inny tuk tuk spoza mafii , który będzie 50% tańszy.

Relaxing beach escape
Pros:

Excellent location, near swimming beach and turtles, close to restaurant options, great breakfast, natural shady area to relax, quick tuk tuk to unawatuna beach and Galle. Staff friendly and helpful

Standard had definitely slipped since my visit in 2019
Pros:

Location view from room spacious room

Cons:

The food was not to a good standard for the price of the hotel
Staff were not as attentive as could be and I would say the hotel was understaffed

We will come back again despite all......amasing staff
Pros:

All the staff are super friendly and very helpful.
Especially Alex...what ever you ask...for any little problem...he will fix..he will help and always with sile.
Once again many thanks to him.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a bit better.
Some times in the evening the shower hot water is not hot enough.

Es gibt im Zimmer keine Steckdosen an den Betten. Wir waren zu dritt und wir haben im Zimmer nur zwei Steckdosen gefunden - allerdings an ziemlich unmöglichen Stellen.

Pros:

Prachtige, ruime en schone kamer, geweldig bed, fijne badkamer en het beste uitzicht op de zee. Hotel ligt direct aan het strand waar regelmatig zeeschildpadden zijn die je kunt voeren. Je kunt niet direct voor het hotel zwemmen, maar 20 meter verderop wel, waar de zeeschildpadden ook zijn. Het personeel is super, vooral Alex en Dewmini achter de receptie. Alex komt met eerlijke, goede adviezen, is altijd in voor een praatje en beiden helpen je waar ze kunnen. Het eten ‘s avonds in het restaurant is het beste dat we ooit gegeten hebben. We hebben nog nooit zo lekker onze vingers afgelikt! Ook het ontbijt is top; je kunt kiezen uit een Engels of Sri Lankaans ontbijt, allebei supervers en uitbundig qua hoeveelheid. Je bent met een Tuk Tuk binnen een paar minuten in the main road van Unawatuna met leuke winkeltjes en gezellige restaurantjes. Vooral Red Snapper en Spcial zijn aanraders. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in Galle, met naast the Dutch fort ook marktjes met allerlei lekkernijen. Het is wel erg toeristisch in Unawatuna dus voor je rust moet je hier niet komen. Voor het hotel absoluut wel: enorme aanrader!

We would not recommend staying in this hotel
Pros:

The view from the balcony of the room

Cons:

Location was on a Turtle beach, which sounded great but was spoilt by so many idiots touching and feeding them despite the clear signs on the beach telling you not to.
The room was exceedingly noisy caused we were told by air conditioners on the 6th floor roof, we complained and were offered another room 2 rooms down the same corridor but this had the same problem, at no time did a manager come to speak to us despite our complaint.
The smoke detector in 2 rooms we saw inside had red covers over them meaning they were inactive

Väga meeldiv, rahulik hotell🫶
Pros:

Oli väga meeldiv, puhas. Ilusa vaatega rõduga tuba. Personal oli SUPER eriti suured kiidusõnad Alexile kes oli väga hooliv, abivalmis ja meeldiv 🫶
Hotell asus rannaääres milles sai kilpkonnadega ujuda ja toita neid

Cons:

Ainuke miinus oli see, et ei võimaldatud kahte uksekaardi, et pidime sõbrannaga sõltuma teineteisest aga tulime ka toime ühe kaardiga

It was really nice and calm stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious! the view was beautiful and nearby beach had turtles we had the pleasure to meet. Food option was good. Tharusha was very helpful and courteous. The beach near the hotel is not suitable for swimming, a few meters to the left you can find turtles and on the right 15 mins walk later you can find a nice pleasant beach to swim and there's a restuarant which has a tree swing as well which was fun!

Cons:

The beach by the hotel is not suitable for swimming, the central air conditioning was not working but it wasn't really hot when we visited so was able to manage with the split AC in the room
