Edreddom ok, toalha fina e Shampoo e Condicionador ruins. Pelo valor que se paga na diária nao vale a pena pelo o que oferecem.
The property was beautiful, staff were lovely and very welcoming! Location was really good! At the “quiet” end of Copacabana beach! Really helpful when booking tours and easy to book at reception.
Little bit of a damp smell in the room, I believe it’s from having the window open and aircon on as the humidity outside is high.

La post venta del hotel es mala , no tienen una cortesía como otros hoteles con clientes frecuentes
Posizione sicura e strategica. Perfetta per la spiaggia fronte hotel
La struttura corrisponde ad un 3 stelle. Materassi troppi morbidi (ma quello è soggettivo). Aria condizionata in camera estremamente rumorosa anche al minimo e senza possibilità di essere regolata nella temperatura. Aree comuni gelide. Se rientri accaldato dalla spiaggia rischi un malanno. Room service un po’ lento. Colazione varia anche se di qualità media. Qualora mi ricapitasse di tornare a Rio non sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel.

O café da manhã, foi muito bom, os funcionários atenciosos e educados.
O quarto que recebi tinha infiltração no boxe, e como não conseguiram consertar, me transferiram para um outro muito bom. Dó demorou 2 dias para solucionarem.
Gostei muito! Atendimento, localização, estrutura, café da manhã! Sugiro que o café da manhã possa ser estendido até às 11hs

Da recepção que tive . Me fizeram abrir a mala na receptação para o pagamento. Meu quarto no primeiro andar com um barulho terrível , quarto com cheiro de mofo . A cama tinha um colchão que afundava as costas da gente . Foi péssimo ! Totalmente diferente do Arena de Copacabana

bom, quando fizemos o check in nos deram um "up grade" para o quarto 1205 com vista mas embaixo da piscina. entramos no quarto e o motor da piscina estava ligado. descemos e pedimos pra voltar pro quarto sem vista e longe do motor da piscina. nos disseram que o motor seria desligado as 22 e ligado novamente as 9. pois no sábado as 6:25 da manha ligaram o motor do piscina. quando eu fui reclamar na recepção recebi um sorriso meio debochado de resposta. a cama tem um colchão muito mole. resumindo. em seis meses era nossa segunda vez la. será a ultima

Simpatia dos funcionários, muito gentis e prestáveis. Localização é vista do quarto para a praia.
Muita humidade. Uma noite de tortura por mosquitos. Pequeno-almoço bom mas poderia ter mais variedade de pão e ovos.
