On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Não supriu expectativas e não valeu o que paguei

O quarto era legal, os funcionários legais, o hotel em si era bom

Cons:

Só soubemos na hora do checkin que não teríamos acesso à piscina já que estava em reforma. Ainda que eles tivessem dado como alternativa ir até o outro hotel e utilizar a piscina de lá, isso provoca um desconforto por ter que fazer o deslocamento. Um dos motivos que reservamos neste hotel foi para ter acesso a essa facilidade e acabamos não utilizando. Trabalho na hotelaria e para um hotel na zona sul, de 4 estrelas (?), não houve trabalho de guest relations: como pergunta na hora da reserva, anunciei que era uma data comemorativa e não houve atenção. Claro o hotel não é obrigado a fazer algo, mas faz parte do serviço de hotelaria e sugiro o Arena dar mais atenção a isso. Eu poderia ter sido uma cliente misteriosa que trabalha na empresa para avaliar o atendimento, e isso claramente estaria em um feedback meu. Achei interessante a proposta que o café da manhã fosse autossuficiente, os próprios guests que cuidavam de toda a experiência sem ter a necessidade de depender dos garçons. Mas achei que tinha pouca variedade pra o que o hotel se prescreve ser.

Bem localizado.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro não muito bom, achamos que era do ar, comunicamos a recepção. Eles arrumaram, mas mesmo assim não resolveu. E teve uma questão do elevador que não funcionava no nosso andar. O ponto é que não avisaram na recepção no momento em que chegamos e “descobrimos” usando. Ao perguntar na recepção, eles confirmaram e disseram que não tinha data para arrumar. O que atrapalhou a logística, pois o hotel estava lotado e tínhamos que esperar bastante o único elevador que funcionava
