Really first class hotel
Pros:

Lovely big room with very effective air conditioning, two-seater settee, table and chairs and a bed the size of Wembley Stadium. Nice view across the Towy Valley. Excellent decor and attention to detail, very clean, very comfortable. Really nice staff and very tastefully decorated public areas. Good, freshly cooked breakfast and an excellent evening meal. Easy to get to as it's on the A40, though we didn't get any traffic noise as the rooms are at the back and face away from the road, plenty of parking and working electric chargers (7kw/h) which were reasonably priced. Really good all round and a nice part of the country.

Cons:

I had to wait a long time at the bar to settle the bill for our evening meal; otherwise nothing not to like.

Nice hotel near the Brecon Beacons
Pros:

Arrived via motorcycle and the hotel offers rooms with exterior doors that you can park in front of. Made loading/unloading incredibly easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant provided good food for dinner and the breakfast was perfect. This was a nice stay for us.

Exceptional staff and service standards in this hotel
Pros:

Arrived late expecting not to be able to eat that night. The hotel however said not a problem. Fantastic that they went out of their way.

Same for breakfast. They put on an early breakfast for me.

Very nice stay with friendly service.
Pros:

Very well situated, close to the gardens we wanted to visit. Nice rooms with good amenities. Lovely distant views from rooms at the back. Food and service good in restaurant although there was no atmosphere whatsoever. Very good breakfast served in the conservatory with exceptional service provided by Jis. Lots of parking

Cons:

The bedding was awful. Cheap pillows and duvets.
Also, it's right on a busy room so bring earplugs. Overlooks road at the front.

Flexible and Quality
Pros:

Lovely large and comfortable room with great facilities. Flexible late arrival arrangements helped short notice travel plans. Great tasty and broad breakfast selection to set up the start of the day.

Clean, modern and well equipped hotel with plenty of free parking and very friendly staff.
Good breakfast choices and well prepared.
Room facilities for tea, coffee etc very good.

Cons:

Small point really but bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter.
Dinner in the restaurant was not so good and quite pricy. Staff were excellent.
