The room itself was comfortable and well-presented. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast options, as the menu was limited and the quality didn’t meet my expectations; there’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room was not working properly, which caused some inconvenience, and unfortunately, the staff were slow in responding to and resolving these issues. While the room upgrade was a great highlight, better service responsiveness and improved breakfast quality would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
