The facilities like the gym, the rooftop bar, breakfast options and the location.
On the first night, the bathroom tiles had some non-removable stains mostly from construction work, the shower room was not properly isolated so the water was overflowing into the dry area. Overall the bathroom felt a bit rundown compared to the room. Service in the roof top bar and restaurant is very slow.
I have used several hotels in Westlands Nairobi but Golden Tulip gave me the best experience because of thr warmth of all the staff. The manager was very kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Laura was incredibly exceptional when I encountered her. She made my stay worth while. She is indeed a good host. A professional at the very best.
