Had a fabulous stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Close to Lakeland College. Discount for college commitments very much appreciated!! Staff excellent and helpful, Hotel itself and room very clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and quiet. Would stay here again.

Booking.com confirmed our booking by email, but it was not to be found upon arrival a couple days later. Front desk sorted it out and luckily they had room. Something fell apart, this is the second time we have experienced this, so I always carry paper and email confirmation of booking, because hotel would be under no obligation to find us a room. Verify your booking with hotel!
