The room was large and well appointed. The staff was very kind. The room was quiet

Cons:

I wish they had breakfast available. In the past the staff member we dealt with was unfriendly but the current staff we dealt with are wonderful and friendly.

Nice rooms, but prefer a better price point for the location.
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and plenty of easy accessible parking.

Cons:

The price was a little higher for the area and the office staff are not very friendly. Both my stays I had to go ask for bath towels as they didn’t have any in the room.

Did enjoy the stay and enjoyed watching the elk wander around the grounds.
Pros:

Cleanliness of room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Toilet plunger got stuck and wouldn't flush, wall heater was super noisy when starting and stopping.

Pros:

There is not much outside of Mount Rainer. This location was the closest with a market and morning coffee and brewery.

Cons:

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The lobby had extras like maps, popcorn and drinks for purchase but it wasn’t very clean .
The staff was to the point and not very welcoming.
It would serve them well to be more inviting and the lobby clean. Based on check in I was concerned about our accommodations. As it turned out our room was clean and comfortable 😅
