Very comfy stay but the issue with the code spoilt the overall feel of the time.
Pros:

Great location and very clean. It was close to Brunswick St and public transport but was quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Our key code did not work on the first night after returning from dinner. We were unable to access our floor from the lift or the stairs. There were two other guests who this happened too as well. The staff on the phone were helpful, however we ended up standing outside in the rain for a long time trying to access keys and swipes from the outdoor drop box in the laneway.

Great location and amenities and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Clean, spacious apartment. Nice bathroom and having laundry was a plus.

Cons:

The only slight downside was that the AC didn’t reach the bedroom so we just had to turn on the ceiling fan.

Lovely apartment in an Incredible location.
Pros:

The apartment was really beautiful and in the best location! So close to good shops and cafes and very close to public transport!

Cons:

There was only one air conditioner in the whole apartment. Fine if you leave it on super cold and open the bedroom doors but got a bit stuffy in the bedrooms.

Keeping in mind it was quite hot so perhaps not an issue outside of hot weeks in summer :)

Great spot for any length of stay in Melbourne!
Pros:

The property was in great condition, bedding was firm and clean. An absolutely incredible location; a very short walk to some excellent bakeries and restaurants, and a tram stop 5 minutes away to get into town. We had an issue getting into the car stacker on arrival, but Fiona from the property managers was extremely helpful in getting it resolved quickly and painlessly.

Pros:

Great location - heaps of great places to eat nearby and very close to a tram stop. Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Would most definitely stay again!

Cons:

The only negative was the just in app used to access the doors - we could only use one phone to access the apartment and it was pretty slow and clunky.

Good sized apartment and good value. However, there's trade offs.
Pros:

Large apartment for the price. Location is not bad as it is quite near a tram station (~6 mins walk).
Walking distance (5-6 mins walk) to supermarket.

Cons:

The bed's edge feels like you are falling off the bed. So you have to sleep close to the middle of the bed, which makes the queen bed even smaller.

Cleanliness was the main issue. We dropped some food on the floor and used wet wipes to wipe the floor. The wet wipe was black. High chair was provided but was also dirty. The water does not flow well in the toilet sink, and it is because the stopper was fill of hair left by previous stayers.

Check in was not easy. We had to provide a credit card detail which was not safe (I have been advised by Booking.com to never provide credit card details to providers). We did not get our access at 2PM, hence was stuck outside the apartment for 20 minutes while waiting.
