The property was in great condition, bedding was firm and clean. An absolutely incredible location; a very short walk to some excellent bakeries and restaurants, and a tram stop 5 minutes away to get into town. We had an issue getting into the car stacker on arrival, but Fiona from the property managers was extremely helpful in getting it resolved quickly and painlessly.

Great location - heaps of great places to eat nearby and very close to a tram stop. Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Would most definitely stay again!
The only negative was the just in app used to access the doors - we could only use one phone to access the apartment and it was pretty slow and clunky.

Large apartment for the price. Location is not bad as it is quite near a tram station (~6 mins walk).

The bed's edge feels like you are falling off the bed. So you have to sleep close to the middle of the bed, which makes the queen bed even smaller.
Cleanliness was the main issue. We dropped some food on the floor and used wet wipes to wipe the floor. The wet wipe was black. High chair was provided but was also dirty. The water does not flow well in the toilet sink, and it is because the stopper was fill of hair left by previous stayers.
Check in was not easy. We had to provide a credit card detail which was not safe (I have been advised by Booking.com to never provide credit card details to providers). We did not get our access at 2PM, hence was stuck outside the apartment for 20 minutes while waiting.
The location is excellent. Handy to tram stoos on either Brunswick Rd and Smith Street.
The property lacked basic cleaning materials. No broom, vacuum, or kitchen/bathroom cleaner. Not even toilet duck.
Nor was it the clean standard I would expect at this tariff level, for a stay of several nights.
It lacked freshness typically found at this location and price point.

App based lock system continually messed up over first 2 days of our stay before being resolved.
impractical carparking onsite only useful for tiny cars given narrow laneway, carpark entry and car stackers.
Floors above flooded apparently due to idiot flooding their bathroom on a higher floors so our family group on floors 3 and 2 below had to endure 24/7 industrial fans in their corridors attempting to dry carpets for 5 days

The construction in the hallway had a loud fan going from early hours till late, made quite some noise in the apartment.
Wasn’t completely clean with moths flying around in the bathroom and quite a bit of hair/dust too.
