La gentillesse de la réceptionniste

Pas propre du tout
Il fallait faire des réclamations
L’hôtel n’est pas occupé ce qui fait que c’est laissé un peu à l’abondant. Sans même redonner un coup de propre alors que nous avons prévenu notre arrivée bien bien en avance

Pros:

Traumatic. After check in, they asked me to pay more money. I booked for 3 adults 0 kids. Did the right thing. Declared with all honesty but still they want to pay extra money because they said the room is meant to be for 2 adults and 1 child.
Deceiving. False advertising.

Pros:

was not set up for westerners, had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, roof top bar was closed indefinitely, food was nice at the restaurant but not sure if it was what we ordered because no one there spoke English. Wasn't inviting or comforting for us at all, we moved to district 1 and asked if we could get refunded for the room and said no. The hotel is in bin duong province so it was too far away from everything for us.
