So far so good

Even though the room is spacious, there are some roaches roaming around when you’re out of the room. The staff are accommodative. I really appreciate one staff that helped me to roam Saigon. I’ve tried some of the Vietnamese foods through her. The thing is you need to have Google Translate to communicate to the staff.

Servces need improve ,room need clean every day

I stayed 15 evenings so had a thorough experience of this hotel. Even though this place is right by Benh Thanh Market (which is a very busy area) my room was quiet. Understand though that I was facing the back of the building.

I like the staff here, they were all very friendly and helpful and attentive.

You might see some comments in other reviews about the conditions of the building (rooms/hallway need a coat of paint, elevator maintenance, bugs sometimes--which is common anywhere in SE Asia even at the Hilton--etc..) but for the price you pay for the convenience you get and the friendliness of the staff I'd say this is a good value hotel.

I will stay again in the future.

The hotel is in need of serious updates. Especially the mattresses, they’re very firm, and basically feel like concrete.

The night staff is friendly and helpful, as is the day staff. I really liked Dat and Kim Chi. The hotel staff is very professional.

Location was great. Several great places to eat in District 1 within walking distance. Clean and friendly service. Quiet. Very competitive rate. Highly recommend.

The total bathroom needs upgrade. Molded shower is heath issue.

Staff are helpful. Good location. The facility is ok. Breakfasts are not in-house.

They charge missing items while we never use or see them.

Room was meant to be luxury as i paid for. Paint off walls, cables for tv hanging out everywhere. Ants on walls. They have a flask but no kettle. If you want hot water for a tea call reception they bring it to your room for your flask. Breakfast ansolutely shocking. A sandwhich with no drinks. We asked if we could have at least a tea. They said at extra cost wow. The only plus on this hotel is location. Fantastic location. About 30 other hotels on the same street. Use them id suggest.

Great location near Ben Than Market, Reunification Palace and walking distance to the War Remnants Museum. Vietnam Adventure Tours office across the street is very convenient if you’re looking for day trips outside the city.
Overall the hotel was ok. Lobby and hallways always smelled of smoke. The property looked nicer in the pictures online. Probably would choose a different hotel for our next visit.

Room is big but, There is no hot water in the sink, no kettle, no tea, no Kleenex, mattress is to old , it hurts our back. Breakfast is not buffet,…

Great location and proximity to many street activities

Stayed here for 6 days and I don't recommend it. If you need place to stay for a day or two its good but not any longer. My room smelled, little dirty, and had small bugs (ants) running around. There was also some on my bed. But I guess you get what you pay for...

The hotel needs to be renovated. Staff is very good 5 star for this.

Property was mostly okay. Not clean though. Found condom rapper between the mattress and bed frame
