Personal amabil, curățenie, micul dejun. Și ce a vost mai important parcare in față.

Initial am închiriat o camera tripla de lux, am primit tripla simplă, undeva la parter cu vedere în spate în parcare, sa plătești o suma și sa ai gratii la geam și sa numeri mașini în parcare, După o discuție cu proprietarul am schimbat camera cu un nivel mai sus, aceasi vedere dar numai aveam gratii la geam.

Un hotel muy acogedor y estoy muy agradecido por su hospitalidad.
Pros:

Excelente atención. El propietario es muy amable, siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier requerimiento que tuvimos. Siempre pudimos entrar y salir sin problema, nos dio recomendaciones generales y nos explicó el funcionamiento de varios sistemas (como el de transporte) en Estambul, fue vital para que tuviéramos una gran experiencia en general y no solo en su hotel.

Cons:

La zona puede ser un poco oscura, puede ser lo único que no nos gustó tanto, pero es algo que se sale de su control, no es debido al hotel, sino a la ciudad. Sin embargo, es una ciudad muy segura y no tuvimos ningún problema.

Pros:

Acest hotel mi-a întrecut așteptările.
Este poziționat destul de bine fata de tramvai,se ajunge destul de ușor
Camera a fost spațioasă,cu terasă și priveliște draguta și cel mai important,zona liniștită.
Curatenie,mic dejun generos,personal amabil.

Locație aproape de statie de transport în comun și magazine. Parcare pe strada, in fata hotelului, dar fără plată. Curățenie în fiecare zi, mic dejun acceptabil.

Cons:

Miros de mâncare în hotel, in camera, in fiecare dimineață și zgomotul de la moscheea de vis-a-vis.

Pros:

Das Hotel war rundherum hervorragend. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von einer großen Tram- und Bus-Station entfernt und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Herzlichkeit der Damen beim Frühstück wegen denen wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben.

Pros:

The hotel manager is a wonderful person with a constant smile. He upgraded my room to a hotel apartment because it wasn't booked at the time. He's truly exceptional. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, only about 200 meters from the Yusufpaşa tram station. The breakfast was very good and varied, prepared daily, with fruits, sweets, salads, and several types of tea, coffee, and milk. The kitchen staff were extremely kind, especially the elderly lady. It's a truly family-friendly hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. The night receptionist was also fantastic. The area surrounding the hotel has many fruit and vegetable shops, banks, cafes, and restaurants. The area is lively at night for those looking to spend time and enjoy the evening. In short, we had a wonderful time with my family. I highly recommend the hotel. You won't need to look for comfort, cleanliness, security, and tranquility.
I've visited Istanbul several times, most recently in 2017, and this time the Grand Umit Hotel was a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely return if I visit Istanbul again.

Cons:

I didn't find anything negative. The atmosphere was very family-friendly and pleasant, and I truly felt at home.
