Pros:

The hotel is simple but comfortable, and the owner is extremely kind and welcoming. They were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their friendliness really made the experience pleasant.

There is nothing nice the bed is filthy the sheets are stained.the mattress is uncomfortable the bathroom is mouldy the TV is just there for decoration the WiFi it is a total disaster there are no staff at the property occasionally in the afternoon you have a guy at the little hole called reception this is classified has a 3 star hotel on booking.com but it's not even 1 star.
This review is for a budget room I don't know what the other rooms or studios are however looking at the state of mine I would assume all the rest are extremely poor in my opinion it does not fit the description and it is not suitable for humans.
The bathroom has water leaking on the floor and the shower hose is too short if you are 1.80 cm you will need to bend your knees to wash your head.The floors are made of cheap vinyl ripped in several parts.The walls are stained and so thin you can hear the other guests.
Booking.com or health inspectors should investigate this place it needs a complete make over it may look decent on the photos but it isn't.
Not suitable for humans really dreadful !

اقامتي هناك كانت مريحة واشكر موضف الاستقبال علي تجاوبه السريع ادت كانت هناك متطلبات.

بصراحة الموقع راءع ونوصف الاستقبال طيب جدا وخدوم .

Отличный бюджетный отдых в центре Стамбула
Pros:

Абсолютное преимущество отеля Budak Residence - это сочетание цена/качество и прекрасное расположение.
Это очень бюджетный вариант размещения, за небольшие деньги получаешь вполне комфортные условия пребывания. А поскольку отель совсем рядом с площадью Таксим, транспортная доступность на высоте.
Ну и, традиционно, гостеприимство хозяина Араса выше всяких похвал!

Cons:

Всё прекрасно за эти деньги.

Photos and information and reviews about facilities at this property was exactly same on Booking.com. So we had a better understanding before going to the hotel and had no disappointments . We picked the hotel because of the location and the price. Perfect Location and it is the best for the price. Just walking distance to Taksim tunnel and Taksim Market and not very far from the main tourist locations like Galata Tower , Blue mosque , Hagia Sofia etc. Even in night it was not difficult to take public transport to come back to the hotel so we had nothing to worry about being late. ( Not very late ) There are a lot of shops and food places around the hotel and they are open all day specially Taksim market is literally open whole night .

Cons:

Nothing bad about the hotel. When we were check in to the hotel , we used google maps to find the hotel. We couldn't see the name board. As all building look same there , we had to ask few people to locate the hotel. Just suggesting if you could put a little big bigger name board. Not mandatory. Just a suggestion.
