A falta de opções para comer , a recepção onde tem um cafe que se paga a cápsula, elevador trancando, o cartão perde o magnético ,frigobar vazio , falta de opções para celiacos e aplv no cafe da manhã, hotel não possui pontos com água para beber na organização do quarto deixaram a toalha usada no banheiro , nao trocaram , o chuveiro é fraco o " kit de hogiene" ten 2 sabonetes pequenos e o pote de e shampo nao é nada higiênico , dobrei a coberta que usei mas achei q chegaria e estaria organizado porem.estaba d amemsa forma q deixei
