Pros:

Café da manhã.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Mudamos de quarto e as lâmpadas estavam queimadas. No quarto que fiquei tinha tomada sem espelho de proteção. O banheiro não tem janela e o exaustor não estava funcionando. Ao questionar algumas funcionalidades fui informada que é um hotel de baixo custo, portanto teria que me contentar com a situação. Os funcionários do sexo masculino sempre que perguntávamos alguma coisa tivemos resposta muito áspera. Precisa treinar o funcionários para atender público.

Pros:

Cama confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Internet no quarto nem sempre funcionava. Qdo tinha sinal era muito fraco (1 risco no Wi-Fi). O chuveiro poderia passar por uma revisão. Água saia só por alguns furos.
