Apenas ok para quem for passar uma noite, e nada mais.

Cons:

O atendimento da equipe de recepção poderia ser mais calorosa. Atendimento extremamente frio, mal olhando no rosto, em nenhum momento recebi sequer um bom dia ou um sorriso. Café da manhã poderia ser mais variado. A localização do hotel não é boa. É às margens da Av Antonio Carlos, faz bastante barulho dos carros passando. As janelas são simples, de baixa qualidade, de persiana de alumínio e 1 folha de vidro, que não filtra em nada o barulho vindo da rua. Facilita o acesso a quem estiver de carro, mas quem depende de uber para se deslocar, tudo é longe. Sair a pé ali na volta? nem pensar... a região é circundada por um dos maiores problemas que temos no país, que é o tráfico de drogas. Muitos usuários, moradores de rua... não me transmitiu nenhuma segurança.
