Pros:

The family room layout. The slide and playrooms for the kids. Laundry rooms within the hotel. Filter water.

Cons:

Location as it is not near any public transport. Uncomfortable baby cot as they use a blanket as the mattress for it.

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Preis-Leistung ist hier super. Zudem gibt es einen Wasserspender wasch hervorheben möchte, da es sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

Die Sanitär Anlagen sind gut und sauber. Jedoch wäre eventuell eine Renovierung hier und da nötig.

Extremely dirty
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food menu.

Cons:

The floors in the rooms were absolutely filthy (my socks and feet turned black with dirt after walking on the floors). Upon arrival, I changed rooms 3 times to try and find a clean one and all floors were covered in footprints, dirt and hair from previous guests. They are clearly not mopping the floors between guests (extremely unhygienic cleaning practices). All of the desk chairs were covered in fluid stains and food (I have photos). I've stayed at this hotel twice before and the standard has completely dropped since when I last stayed in 2017, there is a huge amount of mould in the bathrooms and the plastic flooring is also falling apart.

Stayed with my family of 7, with kids and parents. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better stay at
Pros:

* The hotel and rooms were clean. Towels, bed-sheets, glasses, mugs, kettle, bottles, etc. were all clean.
* The staff was courteous and helpful
* The rooms are compact but very nicely done and serves the purpose of a stay.
* In the comments I had read that there is noise, but in the two rooms that we booked, there was zero noise.
* They had an option of refilling water, just outside the room. A big relief for me, who wants to add as little plastic as possible to the planet.
* They have a kids playing area. Our kids literally loved that area.

Cons:

* Vegetarian options in the breakfast are limited or non-existent. So, couldn't book the room with breakfast.

Pros:

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefüllt und das Frühstück war klein aber fein . Drum herum viele Geschäfte und Bars ! Auch ist ein Nachtmarkt mit Nachtleben ! Auch vorhanden ein Technoclub in der Nähe vom Hotel ! Die Skytrain ist auch in der Nähe !

The room was a good size, comfortable, clean, and made me feel safe during my stay.

Cons:

I’m not sure if it was because the room had a window that couldn’t be opened, but there was a slightly musty smell. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be looked into and improved.
