Had a great stay. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast needs more vegetarian friendly options. However the lunch and dinner options were great. When asked the chef made dishes vegetarian friendly. We really appreciated it. Thank you 🙏

Grand Vista is away from downtown on a busy road, although the traffic noise wasn’t apparent in our room or at the pool. There’s a large modern mall across the highway, accessed by a foot bridge, with food courts, restaurants, grocery store and shops. The old city is a short Grab ride away. Our room was large, clean and serviced daily. A very enjoyable staff.

I love the room and the amazing texture. The two-story layout is fantastic, and the bathroom and shower were some of the best I’ve experienced. However, the food didn’t quite suit our taste. The privacy was great as well.

The Grand Visa is a NICE hotel. Everything was clean & worked. The bed was comfy & they had lots of pillows. The shower was nice & hot. The bar fridge stayed on when you left the room. We ordered room service & they were fast & the food was delicious.
The breakfast buffet had good choices & was well presented. They had an egg station which was nice. Staff were friendly & housekeeping did a good job.

Great stay in that hotel. Fantastic food and people in restaurant
We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the hotel and received excellent service by all the staff. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had mostly asian food like rice and curry dishes. You could get eggs to order and cold cereals and toast. Also fruits.
The only disappointing thing was the pool which had mildew growing between the tiles in the bottom of the pool.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location. All major attractions were a short distance away in a Grab taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Strong wifi signal. Tea & coffee and a selection of snacks/drinks in the room. Delicious breakfast and the restaurant served amazing food.
All staff and service is excellent, except the reception put us in the room facing the road when there are a lot of rooms unoccupied facing the pool which is more quieter.
I didn't get a good rest at all.
Me encanto, la cama y almoadas muy ricas para descansar, estuvimos 3 noches 4 dias y volveria a quedarme, super atención, venimos por nuestra cuenta y nos orientaron a todo y nos facilitaron mapas. Hay transporte en la noche, para ir al bazar nocturno.
