Tam olarak fiyat performans bir otel. Taksim meydana 10 dk yürüme mesafesizde. Çalışanlar ilgili ve sorun çözme odaklı
Duş çok kötü kokuyordu . Odada giyinirken odaya temizlik görevlisi daldı , kahvaltı berbat
İlgili personel ve
Her şey çok güzeldi
Rahat uyudum
Dålig frukost service
I was given a Room with a broken AC system, I had to ask for fun, of course all that leads to a horrible sleep.
When I addressed the problem to reception I got no remorse, not even a sorry
Odalar çok küçük yatağın etrafına duvar örmüşler resmen yan yan yürüyorsunuz duş alanı da aşırı dar girmek için yan dönmek gerekli yıkanırken kollarınız duvara vs değebilir oda küçük olduğu için klima sesinden de uyuyamadık siz klimayı çalıştırmasanız bile ses geliyor sanırım yan odada kullanıldığı için böyle parasını hak etmiyor konaklamaya değmez
It is just an average 3-star hotel. The room view was terrible, there was no recycle bin in the room (just one in the bathroom), no water in the room (you should buy it from the lobby) and last but not least, the minibar in the room was totally empty. I was solo but I think the room was very small for more than one person. On the other hand, the staff were polite and respectful.
Small and dirty rooms, rude staff, bad and insufficient breakfast. my parent still stays there and I am so angry because I don't have due diligence when I was chosen this hotel. I will write an update if there are any changes in this situation.
The worst hotel at all, we staied 4 night in All in hotel that's terrible. I staied in 3star hotel in Istanbul and this hotel is not 3star. The room is tinny it doesn't matter for us but the staff are rude. 2 woman served the breakfast they are exaclly rude. The breakfast doesn't self-service. If you want to stay in 3star hotel don't choose All in hotel.
it was like a dog cage. rooms look like MRI device interior and so tight. Wardrobe was broken. reception was rude and will yell at travelers and would some nights lock the entrance of the hotel due to shortage of the staff. room service is awful and towels and bedsheets are torn apart or full of brown stains ( pictures are attached) and if you have a dirty dish/cup in your room, they will not replace it! instead janitor will wash the dishes in your room's bathroom with bare hands and no dishwashing liquid. If you do not tip the janitor they may not clean your rooms for more than 2 or 3 days of stay. Room service number is also linked to reception and you cannot make a request after 7 pm. Moreover, breakfast self service is nonsense and is like a having a meal in prison where you can just point to what you like to eat and the kitchen staff will just give you one item of that choice like one egg, one sosage, one cheese, etc. If you demand more they will yell at you or they will not cooperate. Also breakfast quality is so poor. Besides, the neighborhood is fully industrial and you will hear a lot of noise in your rooms in the morning from car services on the street. it is fairly far to the nearest Subway station - Osmanbay- or -Taksim- and you have to walk 20 minutes uphill to both stations. taxies also are rare in the street where the All-Inn hotel is located. It is a total waste of money.
Outdated hotel in a noisy environment filled with garages and car part shops (dolapdere street) with very poor room service, teared bath towels.
The room was filled with the bed and there was no other space to walk and foot pass, there was just an old tiny elevator and the aisles was not so clean
The only exceptional and different thing in all this terrible messy hotel was a charming, very polite and helpful reception guy “Mr.VOLCAN ERCAN “with high attitude who speaks english very fluent and actually in my opinion he deserved to be a five plus hotel receptionist.
I left a comment a few days ago with the title: "Expect according to cost".
But I noticed a few things in the next days, so that I am going to update the comment.
A. There is some misinformation on the Tripadvisor website:
1- Restaurant: Nothing is offered except breakfast.
2- Airport transportation: Does not exist.
3- Spa: Does not exist.
4- Bar/Lounge: Does not exist.
B. However, you will reach Taksim Square in 15 minutes on walking. But the path has many stairs and a path with a very steep slope. Also, if the weather is rainy or snowy, it will be very slippery and dangerous.
C. The area where the hotel is located, there are many car repair shops. If you look out the window of your room, you will see many repair shops and broken cars.
D. The person who appears to be the hotel manager is polite, cheerful, and fluent in English. But the other staff, which is about 4 people, are very disappointing. Especially a lady who works in a restaurant. During our stay, we noticed that he argued with one of the guests every day and did not behave well.
E. Apparently, breakfast is self-service. But you are not allowed to collect it yourself. The same employee will collect for you, but very little. For example a slice of cucumber. A slice of tomato.
F. Based on the previous comment, I will reiterate: No lobby, no cafeteria, very small room, poor breakfast, weak minibar, small elevator, no toothbrush, bad sightseen
With the money I paid, I could find a better hotel. You will also be able to find it.
Depending on what you expect, you judge a place. For us, who believe that the hotel is only a place to sleep at night and have a good breakfast to start the day, it was a good hotel regarding the first one but the breakfast is too simple with few choices. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the room service was also good. It's a 20-30 min walk to Taksim square but beware that you have to climb the steps and the street for about 10 minutes.
The room was so small, there is only one bed there and nothing more, you can’t even find place to put your stuff and luggage. no water in the room and the mini bar is always empty, there is no lobby, breakfast is normal but no fruit and pastry, bad location
I have benn in All in hotel for 7 days . The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and it was so clean and neat . We have checked the hotel before at trip advisor and any budy said that it has only 10 minuets to metro station but unfortunately nobody said that it locates in a bank with a bad tilt that when you wanted to go to Taksim square or Osmanbey metro station you felt like you were hiking in a mountain . Other than this any thing else was good . But if you have a child with you consider getting a cab at the hotel door not going on foot .
this hotel has small rooms & living room But very clean and tranquil. 15 minute to taksim sq. breakfast is reconcile. i "ll back to this hotel.
Location was very bad . Neighborhood of hotel is very car mechanic and street Tilt is high.
Breakfast was weak.
Hotel lobby and rooms is very very small. Elevator's Capacity only have 4 person .
Room service was poor.
Hotel was not 4 star rank.
The rooms was very clean,
it's about 20 min to taksim square.
The break fast was very good.
I suggest this hotel to the visitors that want to go for short trip
But its a bit far away from city centers
