One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far

Very nice place in the center of Mount Vernon
Pros:

My room was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower and nice fluffy towels. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast had a very good selection of foods. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. It was quiet even though we were in the center of town. It was very easy to walk to a restaurant for dinner.

Pros:

The location was great, directly in the town square. The rooms were well appointed and the beds comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was a nice addition. We would definitely stay the next if we are in the Mount Vernon area again.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike except the view from our room however we reserved the room through Booking.com and it was a "last room" deal.

This place exceeded all of our expectations!
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything we experienced expressed elegance and comfort. The lobby was luxurious and welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely glad to see us. The recommendations they gave us for dinner were excellent and within walking distance and the always available free coffee, water, and lemonade bar were so convenient. We took our drinks out to the terrace to relax and watch the activity on the square. Our room was beautiful and very spacious and really had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back!

Cons:

Can't think of very much. The pillows were a little lumpy and I missed having Greek yogurt.
