Rotten royal
Pros:

It was clean and the manager listened to my concerns whilst saying there was nothing she could do

Cons:

The hotel was rundown and no where near the standard expected given the cost, I only stayed there for 1 night even though I had paid for two.very disappointed with booking.com for having this hotel on your list and it makes me wonder if you can be trusted

Die Lage ist TOP. Viel besser geht in Portree nicht.

Das Haus ist komplett abgewohnt. Renovierung aus unserer Sicht dringend erforderlich. Bad überaltert. Keine Mischbatterie am Waschbecken. Man entscheidet sich für kaltes Wasser oder Finger verbrühen. Frühstücksraum sieht nach Jugendherberge aus. Angebot war in Ordnung. Waren 2Tage im Hotel und haben am gleichen Tisch gesessen. Konnten sehen, wo am Vortag unsere Gläser und Tassen gestanden haben. Bedeutet: Tisch wurde nicht gereinigt! Sorry, aber das darf einfach nicht passieren!,

Royal Hotel is weii-worth the stay
Pros:

Very conveniently located. We had a room with a Harbour view. It was beautiful. The hotel gave us a number to call to have a week's worth of laundry done with pick-up and delivery service. The laundry service was reasonably priced and the service was spot-on. Good Breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard and "lumpy".

Cons:

I booked the hotel for parking and WiFi. We got neither. They have 8 spots for 35+ rooms. The Wifi in our room did not work. We had to go to the lobby to use. Our room was 4 feet from the street - Had to keep our shades closed.
