Infraestructura
A great hotel, great location, and delicious breakfast included in the price. It was more expensive than expected however. Booking doesn't include a tax they added to the price when I checked in. Also I took an overnight bus and an early check-in cost of 25 dollars for a room that had already been prepared seemed quite extreme.

While the room was ok (small, simple but clean) the service was awful from start to finish: when we arrived and got of the car with all our luggage and stuff the hotel door was closed, and nobody was there to let us in for about 20 minutes, a very unpleasant start especially when standing in the middle of the street with all your things and traveling with children. The bad experience ended with receiving our cooling pads the next morning without having been put in the freezer as we had asked for (in Spanish!) - unfortunateley we needed these to cool our medication for this day´s trip into the jungle, causing us huge trouble to find a solution (the hotel staff was of no help). After our return from the jungle we stayed at another place in Coca, less expensive, nicer room and much better service: Hotel Heliconias

The breakfast buffet was nice, and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Room was very spacious, nice, and comfortable. The front desk staff went very welcoming and accommodating.
The restaurant’s service was incredibly slow. It took us almost 2 hours to have our dinner.
