Xumec Apart Hotel

We reserved this hotel based om trip advisor reviews. WE COULD NOT SPEND THE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSPECTING THE ROOM. Hot, dirty, mold in bathroom,loud street noise, stained pillows, peeling paint, hair and insects on linen.

Old hotel in need of modernisation, bathroom very small and old. Staff were fantastic, so very kind and helpful.
Very noisy at night from a cafe next door that never seems to close.

Xumec is truly a gem!
Nicholas runs the best hotel in Mendoza.
Our stay was one of my best travel experiences ever. The kindness and the level of helpfulness from the staff was outstanding.
Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but that just makes this hotel even nicer.

A little noisy at night but great location and staff. Great value. Easy to anywhere from hotel.

Quaint hotel. Needs some upgrade but was very clean and staff were super helpful and friendly. Let us leave our luggage for most of the day.

Fantastic value for money, great location and extremely friendly and sincere staff. We had stayed at Fuente Mayor 2 previous nights and this place was by far nicer, friendlier, quieter and more comfortable. Bed was comfy, bathroom had all the necessities, very cosy decor. Really enjoyed our time here. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Xumec for three nights in June 2019 and had an incredible experience. The service provided by the front desk staff helped us enjoy Mendoza. The kitchenettes in the rooms were very helpful for snacks/tea. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Mendoza!

Nice hotel just a few blocks from the main square of Mendoza. Though it is so central it is still very calm!
The staff is extremely kind and welcoming and will gladly help you with recommendations or anything else you might need. Especially the guy in the reception (I think his name was Nicolas) went lengths to help us!
The breakfast buffet has good coffee and croissants, which is just what you need.

è um apart hotel, com equipamentos básicos de cozinha, geladeira, chaleira eletrica e microondas. O quarto é amplo e a cama confortável, com ventilador e ar condicionado (não usamos). O café da manhã é bom, pode ser melhorado com queijo e presunto em fatias. O atendimento e a localização central é otima, perto de tudo, a uma quadra do supermercado carrefour e do mercado central. Por estar na esquina de avenida movimentad, faz um certo barulho até as 23 horas e a partir das 5 horas.

Me gusto la vista de la habitación, a parte de ser muy cómoda, como también la ubicación "excelente". La muy buena atención y predisposición de Jesus el conserje.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, desayuno básico sin comidas calientes, mesas pequeñas del desayunador, habitación muy amplia y espaciosa, con mucha comodidad,una pequeña área con microondas y menaje que resulta muy útil, cama grande, en pleno centro de la ciudad y la venida más comercial, cercano a restaurantes y tiendas de artículos de cuero, quedamos contentos con la calidad del servicio,

El hotel es cómodo y está ubicado cerca del centro, variedad de casa de comidas y comercios.

We stayed for just one night (7 Jun 18) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room/kitchenette was basic but comfortable & spotlessly clean - breakfast was simple but plentiful and the hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful - will definitely stay again if ever in Mendoza - outstanding value for money

Atendimento fantástico. Staff sempre disponível, explicando tudo o que pedíamos com tranquilidade e bom humor. Localização ótima, com farto comércio, mercado, podendo ir a pé para as principais atrações da cidade. Bom café da manhã. Pegamos um quarto bom e espaçoso, com minicozinha, apesar de já pedir uma certa modernização. Tudo funciona, mas faltam tomadas e o banheiro é pequeno. As roupas de cama e banho também podiam ser mais novas. Nada que comprometesse a estadia, tem ótima relação custo x benefício e uma cama bem confortável para descansar dos longos e belos passeios que Mendoza oferece!
