Otel odası ve temizliği mükemmeldi . Fakat aşağıda bulunan cafenin müşteri kitlesi , içeride yoğun nargile kokusu ve hizmet anlamında çok memnun kalmadık . yine de önemli olan konaklama ve oda olduğu için 5 yıldız veriyorum

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, the Manager at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, Ali was calm, attentive, and incredibly polite. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out.

What impressed us most was the way he handled everything with such grace and patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable.

Ali is a true credit to the Pullman team, and his exceptional service turned a good trip into a great one. We are grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent staff like Ali.

İş için 3 gece konakladım.
- Oda ve banyo iyi temizlenmemişti.
- Odada ütü yoktu istedim 1 saat sonra geldi ve çalışmıyordu. Tekrar istedim ben çıkana kadar gelmedi.
- Duşta su çok cılız akıyordu doğru düzgün yıkanamıyorsunuz.
- İnternet bir gün tamamen yoktu diğer günler çok yavaş.

Rude and horrible security and manager. Disgusting place from carpets to toilet and shower. The manager shouted at me because I ordered beverages and food from outside for my diet… Horrible experience

Oda gayet sıcak,geniş ve konforluydu onun dışında çalışanların kendi içinde sert bir kavgaya tutuşmalarına şahitlik etmek rahatsız ediciydi,TV'de Arap kanallarının çoğunlukta olması da hoş değildi. Bir de dışardan yiyecek sokulmaması ve oldukça saçma buldum.Bir grup turist yiyecek ve içecek olan çantalarıyla geçmek istediğinde güvenlik çok sert uyarıp içeriye grubu sokmadı bile. En azından bu otelde böyle bir kural var lütfen bir dahaki sefere dikkat etmenizi rica ediyoruz diye ılımlı bir uyarıda bulunulsaydı bari..Yani personellerin tavrı genel olarak hoş değildi.

First of all, just about everyone working there was rude except for Yusef- who did offer some assistance to one problem. The room on average was 80 degrees Fahrenheit every day and night despite closing the curtains, leaving window open and sometimes turning off the vent. The first night, I called to desk for someone to come look. Man on phone said they’d send someone but no one ever came. The room itself is very nice, spacious, and comfortable beds. We had our do not disturb sign on the one night, went out to eat for a couple hours, only to come back and find someone did go into the room as evident by items left on the desk. There is nothing close and in walking distance. It was easier to get a taxi going over the Pullman Convention/Hotel side than the Mercure since both are actually in the same building. Housekeeping was attentive to our rooms and directions. WiFi was sporadic as we were constantly getting kicked off or got the message “unable to join.” In the future, I’d pass on staying here.

Otelin içerisi olması gereken daha tenhaydı, neredeyse terk edilmiş gibi. Oda temiz, yataklar ise rahattı.

Service nul et très cher pour ce que c’est niveau prix de la chambre et prix du restaurant, le buffet est médiocre. Il faut payer en plus au petit déjeuner pour avoir des œufs aux plats.
La Turquie est devenu un pays de luxe avec l’inflation récente, je connais très bien le pays, je déconseille tout simplement de s’y rendre. Les arnaques sont légions (taxis, commerces etc …). Le jeu est aujourd’hui de plumer les étrangers.

Gece giriş yaptım herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı sigara içilebilen oda tercihimdi soruşmadı bile oda halıları ya kirden rengi değişmiş yada ben yanışdım.Banyoda ayak havlusu yok mini bar bomboş

Water pressure in the showers were low. Could not get an invoice from the Chinese restaurant located inside the hotel.
