Bed and pillow are unconfortable we were not able to sleep.

C’est avant tout un motel donc une gamme en dessous, un tout petit drap fait office de couverture ( dommage ), et eau chaude qui n’est pas arrivée :(
Sinon logement climatisé et situé au calme, donc pas de bruits de camions.
Le réceptionniste nous a bien conseillé pour notre trajet du lendemain.

Keep away. These people are not honest. They intentionally charged us twice for the same room, claiming that no payment had been made through Expedia. I had to fix the charges through my credit card company. This was a nightmare. Find another place.

Cathy at the reception area was FANTASTIC!! Great deatails( in broken English).. WONDERFUL dinner suggestion. It's not the ritz but it certainly serves its purpose

Host Karen is very friendly, gives you all the information you need, the hotel is located so that you can reach everything in town by walking, Wi-Fi working but slow

Very friendly receprion staff. Rooms are small, bathroom basic and walls thin. No ammenities. Priced high for what it is.

The listing should state explicitly that there is no A/C, and the WiFi was really weak in the room, so I had to go to the office to get the rest of my trip booked. But the staff did give me a map to Tortuguero and explained how to get there. The room was pretty clean, but the mattress was difficult to sleep on for me. 6.1/10. For the money, I can usually find a better hostel, but the location is very helpful.

I had a nice peaceful stay. tortuguero is a very special place. a bit warm and humid, but what does one expect in a rain forest. a very clean place to stay.

Das Hotel ist ein typisches Motel welches nur durch seine Lage punkten kann. Freundliches Personal, sehr einfache Ausstattung. Für eine Nacht auf dem Weg nach Tortuguero ausreichend.

I only stay one night the hotel are clean and nice area .

When we booked it Sept 11/16 the hotels.com info said the room was 25 sq meters. It was in fact only 15 sq meters, 40 % smaller. The manager did not argue when we told him about the problem, as we would never book a 15 sq meter room. he just shrugged. I see the room size has been corrected as at Sept 18/16. Deceptive or careless advertising in not good. As well, the room was much too dark. Economising to this extent is not impressive.
