O atendimento e o café da manhã são bons. Também pedi um prato extra no restaurante e gostei.

Cons:

Achei um pouco barulhento, a limpeza do banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor e a localização não tem restaurantes perto.

Gostei do atendimento da equipe, da limpeza do hotel e do café da manhã.

Cons:

O hotel não aplica o valor nominal descrito na busca de preços do booking. Apenas quando se verifica os detalhes da reserva é que se sabe que é incluída uma taxa de 10% de taxa de serviço para a equipe do hotel. Contudo, isso causa confusão para o consumidor, pois em regra espera-se apenas que haja uma taxa de ISS separada (que geralmente é de 2 a 5%). Apesar disso o custo benefício do hotel ainda é muito bom.

Não gostei pelo fato da porta não ter tranca por dentro.
Por 2 vezes eu estava no quarto e abriram a porta. Isso me deixou insegura.
