Great breakfast included with stay. Best part was on-site brewery, frog conservation center, and square trees nature trail.

Por el precio pagado esperaría al menos algún perchero y donde colocar las maletas. No hubo agua al despertar al parecer la bomba no es lo suficientemente potente para que el agua llegara al segundo piso. El personal es muy amable, pero es muy caro para las amenidades, incluso el desayuno no estaba incluí do, y no me dieron opción de incluír lo en el checkin, aunque e el menú del restaurante decía que la estancia lo incluía, la verdad creo que otros hoteles ofrecen mejores opciones
El hotel es muy lindo; sin embargo, la atención fue mala. Se demoraron en darme la habitación y llegué una hora después de la hora estipulada. Cuando entré el baño estaba mojado , o sea apenas la habían limpiado. Durante los dos días no me recogieron basura ni cambio de toalla. Adicional solicité algo y el personal no fue tan amable.
Ya había estado en el hotel en otra ocasión, y si bien no es un 5 estrellas, el trato que tenía el manager anterior era excelente.
Esta última visita fue horrible. Tuvimos una gotera en la habitación que caía exactamente en el medio de la cama.
Amanecimos SIN agua en todo el hotel. No se puede creer que un hotel no tenga habilitado un tanque de reserva de agua.
Un menú de desayuno estaba rancio, con salchicha guisada en mal estado.
Y para rematar la estadía, tenían un torneo de fútbol en la cancha aledaña al hotel, lleno de gente que no estaba hospedada ahí, haciendo murga y dañando la paz que se siente en ese lugar.
Como había demasiada gente, el hotel decidio cobrar $0,25 para usar el baño que está en el restaurante, incluso a nosotros que estabamos hospedados ahí. VERGONZOSO!!
Jamás volveré a ese lugar!

Bonito área, cómodo, acogedor, comida buena.
Estábamos buscando un hotel con piscina, lo promocionan que tiene piscina de agua natural pero en realidad es un estanque de patos, agua verde, nada salubre. No deberían hacer publicidad engañosa.
El desayuno todo incluido fue genial; además te brindan adicional de otro bocado y espectacular por el costo y la preparación.
Para mejorar no tengo comentario; casi es la primera vez y me fue bien; dejo el comentario para una segunda visita.

Ahora cuenta con una cervecería artesanal muy buena y ofrecen cerca senderos

El lugar esta en una ubicacion increible bajo las montanas, la vista hermosa y el ambiente increible.

I liked the grounds on which the hotel is located, which gives it a great atmosphere. I also liked the fact that it is not a hotel that has many rooms and therefore, there is not an excess of people of coming and going. This provided a true sense of privacy and intimacy. I will undoubtedly return.
Guests need to be aware that this property is not on the main road and it's a couple of kilometers off of that. It's quite a walk if you're planning on exploring El Valle on foot but maybe not, as many of the El Valle visitors plan on hiking and doing outdoor activities that would make the walk from the main road to the hotel seem like nothing.
Exelente lugar con historia relajado y con todo lo que necesitas para relajarte soy cliente asiduo de este lugar con mi familia y amigos
cambiaron las camas y habia un fuerte olor a madera pero siguen siendo comodas
