Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel

One towel in bathroom, limited supplies, a shower door that opens inward making it difficult to get in, clearly didn’t want to serve dinner in restaurant, limited staff running from floor to floor

Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed. Pool was nice and warm.

Hotel quite busy on the weekend, but quiet Mon/Tues.

Breakfast was good, great choice of local dishes and 'international' dishes & drinks.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The in room dining was outstanding. Beyond our expectations for Best Western. Close to the Soes Merdeka bakery as well.

We would skip the spa visit next trip. However that didn’t dampen our excellent experience.

Helpfull staff, quiet, clean and spacious room. You will get a good night sleep. Good broad selection at the dinner buffet available. You won’t regret staying here.

夜着いたので人が少なくチェックインはスムーズ。朝ご飯ビュッフェはインドネシアン料理と洋食が並び、温かいスープも飲めてよかった。窓からの眺めはお家の中がよく見えて洗濯をしているおばあちゃんがよく見えた。
もうちょっと隠しても良いと思う。
バスローブはない。シャワーのお湯が途中から出てこなくて困った。

Affordable prices and good breakfast buffet. But the room was not clean & not changed bed linen

I stayed for 2 days last week. Its strategic place in heart of Bandung. Everything is greats. Park become small minor point but their valet service help us so much. Recomeded.

NICE HOTEL, DELICIOUS FOOD FOR BREAKFAST BUFFET,

Vierailimme ko. hotellissa edellisen kerran, kun hotelli oli aivan uusi 2 v. sitten. Nyt hotellin tiloissa oli selvästi näkyvissä kulumisen jälkiä, aiemmalta kerralta oli poistuneet kylpytakit huoneista ja aamiainen oli ehkä hivenen yksipuolistunut. Paikallisiin olosuhteisiin suhteutettuna kuitenkin edelleen laadukas ja hintansa arvoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

A basic hotel with excellent location - across the street is big shopping mall with plenty of food choices and retail outlet. Room is clean with good selection of TV channels. Breakfast is basic - fair bit of local choice but not for western breakfast. House keeping forgot to replace body and hair shampoo.

Good shopping and good food. It gets worse if it is raing as the roads will be filled with dirty water

Best Value 4star hotel I've stayed in for sometime highly recommend.
