Petite complication à l'arrivée. Le numéro de réservation ne correspondait pas sur la borne automatique.Heureusement un appel et la dame au bout du fil m'a donné le bon numéro.

Not so Wonderful ….

Très bon accueil. Personnel disponible et très aimable. Chambre et salle de bains assez spacieux pour un couple - animal de compagnie bien reçu. Grand parking gratuit. Hotel bien situé, pas trop de bruit des voies routières sur côté nord de l’hotel. Restaurant Crocodile tout près. Musée Lens à 800m.
Enfin ratio qualité/prix correcte - Client satisfait!

Average hotel. Quite basic facilities. So so on cleanliness. Good mattress but didn’t sleep well. Location practical but difficult to find. Hotel stay one pensive at 70€ so quite basic.

Séjour sympa dans un bon hôtel.
La propreté n'est pas à son maximum mais en même temps, vu le nombre de chambres qu'il y a.
Le personnel est gentil.
Le petit déjeuner continental pourrait être plus copieux.
Hôtel bien situé.

Hotel confortable, avec personnel d accueil- petit déjeuner réactif et soucieux de la clientèle. Ce fut très appréciable. Hôtel proche du musée Louvre Lens, à ne pas rater, cadre champêtre, architecture et oeuvres superbement mis en valeur. Ter 40 min ds coeur de Lille, pour un weekend sans bouchon formidable.

No staff on site to do check in or address issues with constant noise from other guests and dogs through the early hours. Vending machine broken down, no tea or coffee in room. I wasn’t expecting much but got even less

All B&B hotels do exactly as they say on the tin - no fuss, basic..
Clean, tidy and sparse so its ok for a stopover. A bit of a walk into town which was practically deserted, where are all the people at 6pm on a lovely sunny day?
Tv with no option for anything in English so for a solo traveler, a bit dissapointing

All Ok but one of the beds did not have a duvet cover on it. Not so much of a problem as the room was very hot and the fan/air conditioner... didn't. Just be aware that we were on an upper floor and there were no restrictions on opening the window and you could easily have climbed out to a 40 foot drop. If traveling with younger children that might be a concern (We were in a family room).

Un changement de chambre pour cause de clé défectueuse et la chambre n’a pas

Pas de n° de réservation d'Hotels.com donc impossibilité de recuperer la chambre. Nous avons dû appeler le support pour obtenir ce numéro.
La chambre récupérée, la fenêtre était ouverte malgré la chaleur à l'extérieur et ma clim à l'intérieur. Énormément de mouche dans la chambre.

Le seul bémol le code qu’on m’a envoyé n’était pas le bon
Sinon lit très confortable

I arrived late. Parking was difficult to find.

Une chambre au top avec juste un petit manque de propreté dans la SDB au niveau du sol.

Le parking gratuit certes, mais petit par rapport à la taille de la structure.

Nice hotel, nice room, quite small. Really friendly staff and in a nice location

Mold in bathroom, shower head did not function properly and filled bathroom with which also leaked into the room, no shower gel or hand soap. Other guests in thw corridor making noise and shouting all night. Hotel sent instructions to check in which were incorrect. Beside light broken and other side didnt work.

Hotel correct. Propre.
Literie un peu succincte. Notamment au niveau oreiller.
Juste un oreiller, et pas très récent.

Arrives avant 14h00 nous avons pu obtenir une chambre via le systeme de reservation, mais la chambre attibuee n'etait pas prete. Le personnel croise au 1er etage a bien voulu la preparer pour nous permettre de nous changer pour honorer notre participation a un mariage a 15h00 a sainghin en weppes. Un grand merci a elles.
