Je suis client de l’hotel
J’ai payé 4 nuits pour n’en faire qu’une ayant été obligé d'écourter mon séjour
J’ai annulé 49 h avant au lieu de 48 ce qui est la politique de Booking
Booking reommmande de négocier néanmoins avec l’établissement
En vain, pas un geste commercial, rien
La manager applique la politique à la lettre , elle n’a donc pas le pouvoir de satisfaire les attentes des clients
En plus il y avait des travaux de voirie très bruyants, pas d’excuses pas de geste.

Fantastically located hotel with very nice staff and service, very comfortable and a nice small scale feeling.
Pros:

Staff, location and small scale feeling. Sound proof windows, the hotel is literally a stone throw away from Plaza del Duomo and one night the Inter fans celebration their winning the championship. We could only hear the loudest fireworks, which says something about the sound proof windows. The breakfast offered in the hotel.

Cons:

A bit expensive, but then again this is Milan and everything seems expensive at first, then you get used to it.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, zeer verzorgd hotel, op sûper lokatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was buiten de lobby niet echt een ruimte om gezellig te gaan zitten.
