I’ll be back!
Pros:

I love how central the property is. It is close to the beach, shops and great restaurants. The rooms are always clean with staff attentiveness at an all time high.
The property has a modern design with a buffet breakfast that gives variety of fresh fruit, western and traditional Indonesian.

Cons:

They implemented a 500,000IDR deposit, but accept only cash and didn’t advise of this change. They messaged to find out what time my arrival was, but did not tell me about the deposit, which was new since my stay in January. When I am preparing to leave the country, the last thing I want to do is be given 500,000IDR as I’m headed to the airport.

We also checked out at 0445 and the desk guy called house keeping to go check our room, and I think he was asleep. It took half an hour for him to to radio the desk back and say we were fine, and as we were getting in the Grab, the desk guy chased us down because he thought we stole a below dryer. We told him here it was… he radioed the house keeping guy, but, he couldn’t find it. We then had to make our Grab driver wait, while we went back up to our room so we could put the blow dryer in the house keeping guy’s hand. This was my 5th or 6th stay. Won’t stay again.

Simple things like ensuring house keeping who is on call is actually awake when people are trying to leave, and letting people know when policies change, and being flexible in how those policies are implemented, would be helpful.

Great staff, good facilities, great location
Pros:

As always, the staff are the most important reason for the rating, they are just superb! Facilities are always very clean, food and drink is great, and location is fantastic.

Cons:

While accepting the hotel is a little aged, some minor works for tiling and quieter fridges would be good. Most importantly I would like to have more than one key card issued.
