Great location, as we have been there 2 previous times for a walk to the beach or Garlic Lane. The pool is always good and well managed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and clean
We found that some of the good restaurants we used to go to are no longer there because they have closed. The staff were previously 10/10, but this time not as attentive and would score 7/10. The breakfast is simple but could be improved with changes during the week. There were also a lot of children and not school holidays, with a large group that made a lot of noise.

Huge number of things.
1. Wifi did not work in my room.
2. Unclean
3. Only one key, so can’t use electricity while out to charge my stuff (laptop, phone, charger) and they refused to give me extra one only one key per room.
4. Staff and manger were not helpful.
5. When you have a shower it leaks thru the whole bathroom due to bad design.
Spoke to manager about my issues with the room, she just gave excuses. At end of the conversation I asked her one simple question “during this whole talk you never once asked how we could fix these issues for me as a customer” she was dumb founded, she still did not help with any the issues.
And to top it all off I asked for ice for my drinks, they stated $3 AUD for ice and $5AUD for room service fee.
Overall really bad experience I am aware it was good value for money but when you don’t get looked after as a customer it’s not good.

as always the staff make the stay worthwhile, they are just delightful and always helpful. the location is fantastic and the facilities are good.
some more work on maintenance is needed and please get new kettles.
Staff are extremely friendly and when you are needing something they are on to it straightaway, food is amazing

Nombreux commerces autour de l'hôtel mais ceux-ci sont surtout des salons de massage ou de tatouage !
Personnel d'une très grande gentillesse mais la réception n'est pas toujours serviable (refus de prendre en charge mes cartes postales déjà timbrées ; la poste n'ouvrait qu'à 10 heures et je quittais l'hôtel à 9 heures)
La cuisine est bonne au restaurant avec des prix compétitifs (par rapport aux restaurants des alentours). Il est avantageux d'y prendre ses repas si on supporte le bruit des téléviseurs
La piscine, située au milieu de l'hôtel, est assez longue pour qu'on puisse y nager mais elle génère beaucoup de bruit vers les chambres qui donnent toutes sur elle
La plage est à cinq minutes à pied mais il s'agit d'une plage pour surfeurs (nombreux rouleaux), pas vraiment pour baigneurs
J'ai effectué cette année deux séjours de 4 nuits en août avant et après un séjour à Ubud. J'avais beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel en 2026 où j’avais effectué également deux séjours mais, cette fois, je l'ai trouvé beaucoup trop bruyant en raison d'une clientèle sans grande éducation.
Cet hôtel favorise largement une clientèle australienne populaire et cela se ressent : diffusion permanente dans la salle de restaurant de matchs de rugby en continu et avec le son très fort, politique de prix favorisant l'achat de bouteilles de bière par cinq unités à la fois, piscine transformée en fumoir, irrespect des horaires nocturnes de tranquillité (il a fallu faire appel à la réception pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre)
Le petit déjeuner était assez varié et bon, le personnel est assez sympathique.
La chambre 221 est infesté de punaises de lit ! Nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre c’est inadmissible, de plus aucun geste commercial a été effectué le personnel c’est tout simplement excuser. Sans oublier que à début le personnel voyait pas le problème, franchement ayant déjà eu des punaises c’est un véritable cauchemar c’est un scandale !!!!

Mattress was a little hard but they gave us a mattress topper which fixed it
The staff were wonderful, the room was ok had everything you needed, the restaurant and meals were fantastic
Location was horrendous, noise 24/7 especially if you had an outer room, like 222 to 231, the beds were like sleeping on a wooden plane, the pillows were like rocks and yes l know the Balinese motel beds a firmer than Australia but this was hard and yes we paid about 78 a night but the price shouldn't matter as l went on the photos and description and the reviews then price and the last thing was the pool area l felt like l was intruding not because of staff but because if other patrons
