You will encounter great staff, always helpful and smiling. In a restaurant there is delicious food. Wellness really satisfied us, you have a choice between aroma, salt and Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool, everything included in accommodation price. Room is a little bit small but friendly atmosphere.

On arrival we were helped to our room with the suitcases by Mr Z.
We booked a double room but were gifted an apartment by the owner which was a fabulous surprise.
Our apartment was quiet with a garden view balcony. We had a flat screen TV in each room and excellent wifi. There was a fridge in the Lounge which was quiet.
The bed was very comfortable and quality of sleep good. The bathroom was very nice. The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional.
We booked half board, the breakfast buffet was extensive with hot and cold dishes and lovely coffee. There was a large selection of teas.There was always juices and water available.
Dinner was buffet style and also had a great choice of dishes daily.
The pool area is wonderful with jacuzzi and steam rooms. The outdoor patio area is very pretty and a great relaxing area to have a drink.
A lovely touch are deckchairs, wind breaks and parasols for the beach which is a 5 minute walk. The lake is a few paces away as is the town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Top tier Bartender UNBELIEVABLE service so rare these days. Had an amazing time at this place. Mielno is so underrated hidden gem to visit! Might be better than popular places like Sopot and Gdansk!!!

Super schönes Hotel, mit toller Lage. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und toller Service. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit mehreren Pools und Dampfbädern Sauna. Zimmer sehr gross und toll eingerichtet. Mahlzeiten in Buffet Form und immer sehr leckeres und Abwechslung reiches Essen. Es gibt nichts negatives, war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Personel wspanialy, spa doskonale, pokoje jak i sam hotel czyściutkie zadbane. Wszystko utrzymane w reżimie sanitarnym. Gorąco polecam

Tolles sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Team das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die Verpflegung ist frisch hausgemacht mit teilweise einheimischen Speisen, da findet sich geschmacklich für jeden etwas Passendes. Natürlich ein Highlight das im Hotel befindliche saubere Schwimmbad mit Sauna, Whirlpool und zwei Damfbädern das täglich zum Verweilen einlädt, gerade in der kälteren Jahreszeit in der die Ostsee nicht so zum Baden einlädt. Der Bademeister liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und reicht einem im Whirpool einen leckeren Tee dessen Rezept er aber leider nicht verrät. ;-( Vielleicht verrät er es uns das nächste Mal. Ein weiteres großes Plus der kostenfreie Parkplatz auf dem umzäunten Gelände und auch die Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Fahrräder einzustellen. Vielen Dank für die schönen 14 Tage in eurem Hause. Świetny hotel na wysokim poziomie. Czysto, jedzenie pyszne a Pan obsługujący basen przesympatyczny człowiek. Gorąco polecam!!

Called in recently while staying at another hotel locally. Asked for a menu and quickly decided we would like to eat here. From the outside very impressive. Walking in a very nice traditional styled hotel and surprised only had 3 stars thought at least should have 4.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Prices were also reasonable on the food and beverages. Standard of the food was excellent opting for goulash soup. Two of us had the duck and one the schnitzel all were well cooked and delicious. Offered our compliments to the chef which we hope were passed on.

Very nice hotel with free indoor pool and sauna. The rooms are comfortable with a nice clean bathroom, a fridge and a balcony.

The TV was smallish and had a limited selection of channels (approx. 20) but these included some German channels and Eurosport

Internet worked via a cable which you get from the hotel when you check in. There was also WiFi internet but I did not use that.

I used a nice deal from the hotel which gave me the room, a dinner buffet and breakfast for Polish Zloty 240,- (€ 56,- / $ 70,- ; June 2012)

The dinner buffet had however a limited selection so you may opt for another restaurant instead.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and some speak excellent English (and most not)

Strange that there was no cooling in the room, only a heating radiator. This may be a problem in summer when it gets hot. There are no sun blinds either and the curtains are thin so my room, facing east, was very light early morning.

Traffic in the street is noisy because of the concrete slabs they are driving on. Like trains passing.

The breakfast buffet was OK with a good selection.
