The staff in that hotel is beyond nice and helpful. They try to do the best they can at all time. For Yangon standards, this is a great place to stay with a great value for money.

Great location with a view of an amazing temple from the rooftop restaurant. The staff were great and very helpful.

There was no hot water and they did not tell us at the check in. We complained and after many calls we have been given with a $8 discount (which is nothing compared to the price paid for the room). The sheets were dirty, probably someone slept there and they didn’t change them. Breakfast disappointing.
It’s not a 4-star hotel.

Hotel gives you a water dispenser and glasses instead of bottled water (and you get more drinking waters as a result). Also no disposable shampoo and conditioner bottles. This is great for Myanmar!

Local Staff are very friendly, helpful and they can speak English well. Pleasure experience. Room are clean, bathroom water are strong to make you fresh after a day out.

Do inform them if u have any thing to feedback before u put negative review. Local there are hardworking so do give them all a chance

Average hotel within walking distance to Shwedagon pagoda north gate. One restaurant next to hotel and nothing else. Rooftop under reno

Bottom line up front: I liked this hotel, would stay here again in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Great View from the rooftop and nice setting for rooftop bar (did not use as it rained every night during our stay - but I can see to potential in it). Awesome breakfast with the ability to special order off a menu in addition to the buffet. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a good AC. Wonderful staff that was extremely helpful - especially the concierge staff. Good location near several tourist attractions. Shower head could be placed above 2 meters making it comfortable for tall people like me. Nice art on the walls.

Cons: Lots of noise and traffic around the hotel, especially in the mornings. The shower curtain did a poor job containing the water and left the entire bathroom floor covered in water.

Fabulous roof top terrace with great view of the Shwe Dagon Pagoda. Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast selection with buffet and a la carte menu items. Centrally located, with clean, spacious rooms. Such a wonderful experience, highly recommend this hotel!

The shower room will flood during shower time. Air conditioning and refrigerator is not cold at all even after complaint. More than 4 staff working at the breakfast buffet area but none serve cutlery to you, just wonder around. Some of the food at the breakfast counter have small fruit fly, but none action taken. Tea spoon in the room is not clean have to wash and clean yourself after the room cleaning service, so as the towel were found with stains.

The location was great and it was a good attempt at a modern hotel. The rooms were nice enough. The roof top bar could be great, but was OK... typically Asian with a temporary looking bar and set up 😁

IT IS SITUATEDIN AROAD THAT WAS MORE LANE SURROUNDED BY DIRTY SMALL SHOPS
