Pros:

Staff, reception (especially Mr Ashish) and home service (especially Jeevan, Susobhan, and Ashish) are excellent and very responsive. Breakfast was also very good and included many varities.

Cons:

Rooms don't have open windows or transparent view. You can not see any feature from the shaded windows. For me, viewing street, neighborhood and vicinity even if noisy is part of the culture of the place and make my stay memorable. Room floor also don't have mats or carpets.

Pros:

Loved the hospitality. We were here for 5 days staff are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice with nice spread. Clean rooms with eco friendly amenities. Overall excellent stay

Overall good hotel
Pros:

We think the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices to choose from. We also liked the service provided at the front desk as the receptionists were very kind and welcoming.

Nice cozy place to stay in a bustling city center. Value for Money.
Pros:

Location was not great and narrow lanes to navigate. However, staff was courteous, clean room and nice ambience. Breakfast was good and good South India spread. Quality of food was also good.

Location and narrow lanes to navigate. Parking was good but very little space. Wonder if there were more guests coming by car, how you would manage. Valet parking staff were good and helpful

Decent one for families
Pros:

Bookings. Com confirmed that I can have my extended checkout however the Zike staff were completely out of that knowledge
Please maintain transparency between customer and Zike

Cons:

Not allowing friends. In this current trend friends are important and they wanted spend some time. But the hotel team is not allowing which is not liking most
