Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Avani Riverside Bangkok war eine in allen Gesichtspunkten herausragende Erfahrung. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Panoramablick auf den Fluss für 4 Nächte.

Das Zimmer selbst war Aumahsauber, gut eingerichtet, hatte Klimaautomatik und ein Bad, dass sich entweder offen in den Raum integriert oder durch Holzschiebetüren abgrenzen lässt.
Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem. Das Bad hatte eine große Regendusche und eine separate Toilette. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und eine kostenpflichtige Minibar, sowie Roomservice.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war von besonders herausragender Qualität und Quantität. Die Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt europäische wie asiatische Küche.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Bootshuttle über den Fluss zu einer zentralen BTS Station und zum Luxuskaufhaus Iconsiam. Mit Bolt (etc.) ist zudem die ganze Stadt zu erreichen. Unten befinden sich zudem ein Supermarkt und weitere Läden und Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst hat eine Rooftop Bar und ein Hotelrestaurant. Der Rooftop-Pool war klasse. Man konnte über die Skyline entlang des Flusses blicken.

Insbesondere das Personal war durchweg außerordentlich freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns ausdrücklich bei der Rezeptionistin Aumah (wir hoffen, dass wir den Namen richtig schreiben) bedanken, die den Check-In Prozess besonders zuvorkommend gestaltet hat. Auch möchten wir das gesamte Personal am Eingang im Erdgeschoss loben, das uns stets freundlich begrüßt hat und bei Fragen immer zur Hilfe kam. Der Roomservice war herausragend. Bitte richten Sie unseren Dank nochmal an Hom. Das Frühstückspersonal war ebenso stets hilfsbereit, umsichtig und von besonderer Bedeutung für unsere Erfahrung.

Daher liegt ein weit überragendes Gesamtprodukt vor, das vergleichbare Aufenthalte hinter sich lässt und nur mit dem Höchstprädikat 10 Sterne bewertet werden kann.

Spacious room with pretty river view. Nice staff and fast check-in. There were 4 bottled-water given.

Cons:

The water wasn’t running very hard. There was 2,000 deposit at check in which you can do by cash or credit card.
