An unforgettable birthday experience with amazing staff
Pros:

This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect — the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful.

The staff were incredibly kind and made my stay very special. Since it was my birthday, I will never forget the beautiful surprise during breakfast. I am so grateful to Khing, Thiwanee, Aom, Run, and Tee for being the first ones to celebrate with me. They made me laugh, feel special, and start my day in the best way possible.

Later, I was surprised again when I returned to my room and found another birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The cocktails by the pool were also amazing and made the day even more enjoyable.

In the evening, I had dinner at Seen and I would also like to thank Roj, Ying, and Aom for bringing me another little birthday cake and making the night even more memorable.

This holiday and the kindness of the people here will always stay in my heart. Thank you for making my birthday so unforgettable.

Good short stay
Pros:

Lovely night with impressive staff especially Mint whom has checked us in. She is efficient, friendly, and quick. Good service at shuttle boat which is punctual and smooth. Breakfast was good but hard to find yogurt. Check out was efficient and quick. We forgot the medicine bag and the staff called before we left the hotel and it was returned. Impressive stay

Real value for money
Pros:

Great location, great hotel
Pros:

Really enjoyed staying here. The link to the Anantara hotel and complimentary shuttle boat was really useful. Great riverside location with wonderful views.
The pool and the roof top restauarant and bar were fabulous.

Perfect place for a first time stay in Bangkok

Pros:

Spent 2 nts here Nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok. Loved the free boat shuttle to both saphan taksin for the MRT/BTS and ICONSIAM- definitely use it. The hotel is very modern - clean lines - minimal. We booked a river view panoramic room which was definitely worth it for uninterrupted views of the river. Bedroom was comfortable. The pool on the 25th floor looked lovely but offered very little shade. The gym was quite small Our one gripe was when went to for dinner at the restaurant SEEN my husband was told that he couldn't come with his water bottle- we tried to explain that he was ill from the pollution but they wouldn't allow us to bring a small bottle of water in - so we went to the Anantara instead for dinner.
However the highlight of the hotel and our trip to Bangkok was SIN rooftop bar They want Thb 5000 to sit near the edge but we sat at the bar - no additional cost- opposite the DJ and enjoyed really excellent cocktails, music and service - if you like Ibiza tunes you'll have a great night. Breakfast was very good although seating a little tight

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Was very impressed by the quality of this hotel and services offered. Loved the pool on the 26th floor. Morning buffet was excellent.

Noisy and no shade around pool
Pros:

Noisy stay, interconnecting room doors mean you can hear the neighbouring room.
Went to sit by the pool, really busy and hardly any shade. Rooftop bar offered poor shade, and in the rain the roof leaked and everyone had to move.
Rooms were beautiful, such a shame it didn’t live up to expectations

Nice hotel but ridiculous prices in the bars
Pros:

350 bath for a small bottle of beer and 700 bath for a GT is ridiculous in Thailand. Hotel nice, and price for hotel is fair enough but ridiculously overpriced bars, both pool bar and roof top bar
