disappointing
Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, which is supposed to be a 5-star establishment.

I booked a room through Booking with a large double bed and a city view. However, upon arrival, I was told that the room I had reserved was not available. Instead, I was offered a room with two small single beds, and I was told that if I wanted a room with a double bed, I would have to pay an extra €100.

I found this completely unacceptable. After expressing my dissatisfaction and returning to the reception about 15 minutes later, I was suddenly told that a room with a double bed was in fact available at the same price I had originally paid.

This situation felt very dishonest and unprofessional. A hotel of this standard should respect confirmed bookings and not try to charge extra for services that were already paid for.

It is particularly disappointing because the hotel itself was very nice and the room was excellent. However, I find it unacceptable to attempt to take advantage of customers in this way. It was quite clear that the room had been available all along, as it is not possible to prepare a room in such a short time. It appears that the staff simply tried to charge me more and push me towards a more expensive option, such as a suite.

Overall, this experience left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how this situation was handled.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist einfach überwältigend 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. Die Ausstattung, der Komfort, die Mega Freundlichkeit, das gigantische Frühstück. Der Infinity Pool mit dem anliegenden Restaurant und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Ich würde sagen, besser geht es nicht.
Ganz oben befindet sich noch eine Rooftop Bar und dort kann man mit einem leckeren Cocktail den Sonnenuntergang 🌆 genießen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick und Stadt ( Skyline), Stockwerk 20, Zimmer 2020….. für uns ein Traum 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻.

Es gibt NICHTS auszusetzen.

Pros:

Super séjour à l hôtel Avanii.
Nous sommes arrivés à 7h30 après une nuit dans le train ; nous avons été accueilli par William qui a été très arrangeant et nous a permis un early Check in dès que possible ! Un véritable plaisir !! Nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine de bon matin qui est très agréable. La chambre est également très confortable, j adore le design !!

We were lucky enough to be offered a suite as a free upgrade, it was amazing all round, with an exceptional view! Our only upset was that we were only able to experience it for one night! We hope to come back one day..THANK YOU!

Traumhaftes Hotel mit super Service.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage am Fluss, exzellentes Frühstück und Pool auf dem Dach, Sicht aus dem Raum im 17 Stock war wundervoll. Anreise gestaltet sich etwas schwierig mit der Bahn, daher am besten mit einen Grab kommen. Tagsüber Ausflüge über Boot sehr einfach zu gestalten. Bestes Pad Thai in meinem Ganzen Urlaub dort gegessen, aber auch das teuerste... Jeden Cent aber definitiv Wert.

Cons:

Kofferservice hat unsere Koffer 30 Minuten behalten, daher würde ich empfehlen diese einfach direkt mitzunehmen, bei Abreise stehen auch alle mit Ihren Koffern in der Lobby, daher haben wir das ganze nicht so ganz verstanden... Wir kamen auch erst um 20 Uhr an, da sollte das mit den Koffern eigentlich schneller gehen.
