A wonderful location, with easy river access to all the key spots in downtown Bangkok. The staff were helpful and very friendly - such a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was more than enough, with a splendid array of food, freshly prepared everyday. The roof top experience is probably one of the best in Bangkok with stunning sunset views.
The Hotel was amazingly beautiful! My first encounter was with the receptionist Pare, she was very knowledgeable, friendly with a warm smile she and explained everything in details to us. The other staff were very friendly and greeted us everyday! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would also return. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

My recent stay at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself offers stunning views of the Chao Phraya River, modern facilities, and a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly balances luxury with comfort.
What truly set my experience apart, however, was the outstanding concierge service. During my stay, the concierge team especially the Chief Concierge Mr Birth demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and an impressive depth of local knowledge. Also, Mr ICE had assisted us to solve our departure transfer issue. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless—providing thoughtful recommendations, assisting with reservations, and offering invaluable advice that made exploring Bangkok effortless and enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel to anyone seeking not only a luxurious stay but also exceptional hospitality. The concierge services, in particular, deserve special recognition for turning a great trip into an unforgettable one.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our first trip to Bangkok. We were initially concerned that it would be remote from the sights and shopping in Bangkok but we later realised the benefits of being away from the busy Bangkok streets, traffic congestion and fumes. We used the regular complimentary boat transport from the Anatara hotel to the Sathorn Pier and skytrain ,and To the Icon Siam shopping centre. This was a much more leisurely way of travelling around Bangkok than using taxis. The view from the riverview bedroom , swimming pool and rooftop bars was fabulous especially at night.
The only thing we missed was a lack of green space around the hotel but the sister hotel the Anatara was across the road via a covered walkway and we were able to sit in the grounds of it surrounded by plants and trees on our way to and from the boats . The Avani hotel is a comfortable hotel with clean rooms and facilities and pleasant staff.

+ shopping center in building, bought a cap against sun and there even is a italian wine shop on second floor
+ after i noticed the outer rim of the infinity pool was disgustingly dirty, i told it to the life guard, who told it to a caretakes who came, who told it to the head of department who came and a then manager who came. All apparently had not seen the last months how dirty the outer rim of the infinity pool was, the place where you place your arms on the infinity rim, but also if you look over it tot the bottom, and the glass protection wall, like in manyhotels was super dirty. I was happy to see next day everything was clean exept the outside of the glass barrier, apparently they do not have a system yet to clean the outside of that wall. my advice as it is the one picture that draws people to this hotel to still do something with that as it is about the cleanliness of their main attraction.

The hotel itself is excellent. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall comfort are all at a very high standard. The location is great, and most of the staff were friendly and professional. This was my third stay, and overall the hotel continues to maintain a high level of quality.
This was my third stay at the hotel, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
The check-in experience was disappointing. Although I clearly confirmed that I understood the policy and was comfortable using my debit card, the same explanation was repeated at least 5–6 times. At that point, it was no longer helpful but became unnecessary and frustrating.
More importantly, the way it was communicated — especially the staff’s tone and facial expressions — made me feel as though I was not understanding something very basic. This came across as quite condescending and uncomfortable.
In the end, just to avoid prolonging the situation, I switched to using my husband’s credit card for the deposit.

Рядом с номером техническое помещение для складирования мусора. Дверь не закрывалась плотно. На всем этаже во второй половине дня был сильный запах мусора.
