Dit sprookjesachtig hotel hebben we in ons hart gesloten ♥️
Pros:

Het hotel is als een sprookje. Zo adembenemend mooi. Kraakhelder schoon. Een geweldige locatie en het personeel is een voorbeeld voor velen. Ontzettend behulpzaam, aardig en geweldig spraakzaam. Echt top mensen.
De Berner Sennen (Bernese Mountain) Bertha heeft ons hart gestolen. We geven ons op als adoptie baasjes.
De sauna is meer dan geweldig, echt een aanrader.
Lieve mensen, hartelijk dank dat jullie op ons pad zijn gekomen. We komen zeer zeker terug. Nol en Hanneke Roos - Nederland.

Másodszor voltunk itt nagyon tetszett korábban is és most is. Kedves személyzet, nagyon jó wellnes részleg, az ételek finomak és glutén/laktóz érzékenykent is nagyon sok mindent tudtam enni. Tiszta és nagyon hangulatos szobák. A reggeli szakácsnak külön köszönöm, hogy készített mentes palacsintát, bearanyozta a napom. Snowboardozni mentünk elsősorban, szóval a felvonó közelsége nagy pozitívum. A szaunarészleg fürdőruha mentes övezet ami számunkra pozitívum, mert ha már szaunázunk akkor ne párologjanak vegyszerek a fürdőruhából, szóval örültünk neki. Valószínűleg fogunk még jönni máskor is.

Nem szívesen írok negatívat, de azért pár dolgot megemlítenék, ami minket kicsit zavart a pihenésben:
Nagyon vékony falak, tényleg minden hallatszik, az összes ajtó csukódása még a felettünk lévő emeleteken is. Amikor először voltunk itt akkor nem volt ennyire zavaró, de most nagyon sok gyerekes család volt és a szülőket úgy tűnt nem zavarja, hogy a gyerekek éjfélig szaladgálnak, sikongatnak és ki be járkálnak a szobákba, viszont ez sajnos az alvásunkat kicsit megnehezítette. A másik, hogy a wellnes részleg szauna része elvileg csak felnőtteknek lenne látogatható ,gyakorlatilag viszont a szülők gond nélkül bevitték az 5-6-7-8 éves gyerekeiket. Fürdőruha mentes övezet ez, és picit kellemetlen a gyerekek előtt/mellett lenni így, gyerekeknek sem hiszem, hogy jót tesz. Itt azért a személyzet jelezhetné ezt az érintetteknek, hogy talán nem kellene. Ezektől függetlenül is nagyon szeretjük a hotelt.

Jedno z TOP ubytovani...odporucam vrelo vsetkymi desiatimi !!!....👏pokoj v prirode...krasny hotel,majitelia sa naozaj vyhrali z detailami...no uzasneee...clovek sa tam citi ako doma....krasne zariadene a ciste izby,voňavo...skvele jedlo,pitie..bazen a wellnes topka...uzasniiii majitelia Jarko a Janka ,plnia prosto vase sny🤩🤩🤩a velmi mili usmievavi vsetci zamestnanci,ktori sa o nas starali ...mali sme sa u vas naozaj fantasticky🥰urcite prideme znova a vrelo vas budeme odporucat aj priatelom a znamym a komukolvek kto este vaha k vam prist..😍
