Terrible customer service to start. Did not give us an option for a credit card authorization form and tried telling us we NEED a physical card, after we were 3 hours away from home with no physical card on us. I tried explaining I can give credit card number for the incidentals etc, and they would not let me. Tried turning us away AFTER our room was already paid for before we arrived. Very very terrible customer service and will not be staying again and will be telling everyone I know not too.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Room was excellent! Bed was a little soft but that’s understandable as hard to satisfy all. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Would have liked to see more fruit options as only apples. Overall I would definitely stay again.
